      @@HawkeyeRides Just got the 21 Rango RT T&G. It fits the bill. The MPG is not the best, but hey, what do you expect from a Big V8 and towing capability of 8700 lbs. Sounds amazing too.

    Great looking car, but I would NEVER, NEVER buy a car from a dealer that puts its own badging on the back

      You can have them remove it or I tell them not to put it on 👍🏻.

    I'm just beginning to think my next SUV a Dodge. I still have my 2001 Suzuki Grand Vitara XL-7 Limited 4wd, V6; kept good care of it, in pearl white. I'm gonna keep it, but in case, I was thinking KIA Sorrento, but a little bit small for me, just as small is mine now and I had a suspension lift and a body lift some time ago. But also have to say, I had a 1996 Pontiac Grand AM Sports Coupe and Metallic black and I wiped that car every-single-day! Pretty, but shows everything, dust, swirl marks, etc. My pearl white truck is much easier as far is cleaning. Also, been looking at the Durango RT with hood vents, but GT with out vents, looks nice too, just not as rugged as the RT.

      @HawkeyeRides  Před 3 lety +2

      I would keep the Suzuki too, it’s always good to keep the vehicle’s that are problem free as trading it, you will never get it back.
      I found for cleaning, if you wet the entire vehicle first then use two or three buckets, fresh water and one with car cleaner other one I use the swirl mop bucket. Keeping the vehicle very wet, one of my vehicles is almost five years old no swirls. When your done dry with a microfiber cloth but do not put pressure.
      I like the R/T but remember it does drink gas a little more, if your find with that, you get that great sounding V8 👍🏻.

      @@HawkeyeRides I know that V8, then it wouldn't be my main drive then. My SUV's doing real good (20yrs this Aug), so want to give it a break some, so thinking of car, KIA Stinger GT as my main ride to be able to hold onto my Suzuki as long as I can. :))

      @HawkeyeRides  Před 3 lety +1

      Yeah Kia has been making some nice looking vehicles and MPG’s are pretty good for everyday use.

    Question can you get the Durango RT without split second row?

    • @HawkeyeRides
      @HawkeyeRides  Před 3 lety +1

      You can get a bench as standard, the captain seats is a upgrade but for the RT I have not been able to build or conform any other way other than captain chairs for the 2nd row.

      @@mpsangha very helpful thanks for the reply. I love the RT but I'm worried about having an exhaust that sounds like a truck because I idle for long periods working on my laptop and chilling at the park. I would havr to leave out the towing go package

    • @HawkeyeRides
      @HawkeyeRides  Před 3 lety +1

      It does add a performance exhaust, I would say put both models next to each other and see if it is too load.
