"Perfect Strangers" compilation #1- from 2019

- In just two years, there were 10 remakes of the 2017 Italian film "Perfect Strangers" or "Perfetti Sconosciuti". According to the original's IMDb page, there are now over 18 versions of "Perfect Strangers" and counting! (It's made the Guinness Book of World Records for this reason.)
Here are their trailers, starting with the original Italian version.
THE 2022 VERSION FROM LEBANON, Ashab Wala Aaz, is now available on Netflix in some countries. IF YOU'RE SEARCHING IN THE US- you will not find it by searching "Perfect Strangers" in the Netflix app, nor with its actual title "Ashab wala aaz". When i tried going through an internet search for its Netflix page, the link took me to a broken page on Netflix, and an error message saying the film isn't available in my country. However, my phone's Google app brought me successfully to the movie's page. The bad news: there are no English language subtitles or dub available yet.

The Italian version seems to be the only one with the original recording of "I will survive" (in English) 😅
I love the Italian the MOST! I am not even bothering to watch the rest of them.

The Polish version's missing - that's a pity, because Kasia Smutniak, plays in both original Italian version and in the Polish version as well. Maybe it's the first time in the story of cinema!

the South Korea remake is really good!
5 actors among total 7 ones in South Korean version are all top rank ones. I would say it was an over-input of talent.

OK folks, it's been three years! I will work on a new video for the new year with the new updates! I've heard we now have the Arabic version and Vietnam... any others? (And why the heck isn't it an American thing yet?)

This movie wins the David of Donatello, a really important European prize. In Italy is one of the bestest film of the last years, and it's very beautiful and deep.
I don't understand these remakes, these seems discount versions of a really beautiful movie.

Thanks for this, I liked it! But there is a mistake in the video; the last one is not from “Egypt”, it is an ARABIC VERSION (the film makers, cast and crew, are not only from Egypt; they are from different parts in the Arab World)

@@Coz_F4Italy is the foreign country (non English speaking) with the highest number of Oscars won in history...I believe this is a clear indication of its quality. From Antonioni and Pasolini up to this very days (La grande bellezza, Lazzaro Felice, Martin Eden, etc.). Of course, the 90s were a period of decline, with a lot of shitty comedy movies - we can all agree. However, I think that denying that Italian cinema is historically among the most prominent is nonsense.

This film is truly ridiculous. It starts out wonderfully well, but in the end when we see that the whole film has just been an act, it makes no sense, and would have been truly impossible to pull off - It's as stupid as the film 'Fight Club' in the end, when that ends with..."and then I woke up" - about as much imagination as a six-year-old, dead turkey: a film completely destroyed by its dreadful ending (Esta película es realmente ridícula. Comienza maravillosamente bien, pero al final, cuando vemos que toda la película ha sido un acto, no tiene sentido y hubiera sido realmente imposible de hacer. Es tan estúpido como la película 'El club de la lucha' al final. , cuando eso termina con ... "y luego me desperté", casi tanta imaginación como un pavo muerto de seis años:Una película completamente destrozada por su espantoso final)

Indian version is worst
I've only seen the Mexican and Italian versions. Both of those are well done. I tried watching the Chinese version Kill Mobile, and I honestly can't say whether the jokes were badly written or badly subtitled. The English captions didn't make a lot of sense.
