when you do paint correct the front bumper get a ppf to prevent future chips and keep the paint looking fresh

All the cars my family has ever had are all off auction and we rebuild them ourselves. If you do it right then it comes out to be a very good deal. Rebuilt titles are fine as long as its done right.
same always bought salvage in our family but unfortunately prices are getting crazy on copart especially with fees. sometimes with hyped cars they are going for a price that is only like 10%-20% under regular used value which is not really worth it. bc if you try to turn around sell it no one will pay over 60-70% of used value

6:14... check engine light. I dont swear by rebuilt titles, but I do buy them as my vehicles because you can get them for 25-40% the market price because no one touches rebuilt cars with a 10ft pole. I tihnk they are solid vehicles if you know what youre looking for. As a heads up, if you look up the vin before hand into google you can usually see the damage and then look extremly close and inspect around that area. That is how ive been able to get solid cars with little no no issues in the long run.

Im sure the insurance and stuff vary from state to state, country as well. But I have bidded on wrecked cars from the auction before and well never won, currently looking at a few wrecked m340i and b9.5 s4 to bid on. You can get some good deals from the auctions.

When I was 18 i remember I got Mya wrecked 2001 Trans Am with 23k miles. I payed 3k for the car and fixed it up with $3k. I drove it for 100k miles until I eventually sold it. It was definitely an amazing car, and I got to own it for 8 years before letting it go. It is definitely something worth doing if you play your cards right. You just got to be careful to not dump too much money into the car. I drove a 350hp beast for almost 10 years for about $2k dollars. I sold it for $4k in the end. It was totally worth it.

It will be realistically however make sure there is no frame damage that’s the main one I would prefer manual but dot is fine I say it’s a good first car just be careful cause it may attract some cops.

Rebuilt titles are nothing but amazing you get the car you want for half the price. And you can build it the way you want without worrying about warranties or any of that nonsense

Heck. Rebuild titles might be the best thing ya can buy. Think about it. If the car is well rebuilt, you get a great car or even dream car with the fraction of cost.
I mean. Here in Finland we don't even use rebuild title. Yeh. Car might be rebuilt but no one cares. It moves, looks cool and sounds awesome. So what is the issue?
Heck. Even I plan to "rebuild" my 2001 Volvo S60 into S60R by swapping the engine, gearbox and rear end. And whatever else is needed. When I get the money that is.
