  • The first couple of days involved the main components all being positioned for the install which included some heavy lifting and a bit of brain power. The first pipework started too and we were able to have our first look at the boiler so it was exciting times!

    What size is that buffer tank ?
    I’m planning an air source heat pump and solar thermal , combined with a buffer tank to run my UFH. I’m in Portugal, where solar thermal should work well even in the winter. May I ask how I determine the buffer tank size ?

    Presfit leak, also he wasn't marking depth of each fitting with a marker pen.
    So if they do ever leak manufacturers won't cover it.

    This is a great set up. Awesome. Do not buy a Trio boiler. They shut off their comments for a reason.
