    As the recently retired Director of Regional and Community Affairs, Corporate Affairs for Con Edison Company of New York, Inc., Toni crafted strategic initiatives for the Brooklyn Community Affairs department, shaping the landscape of one of the nation's largest energy companies. Her multifaceted role encompassed government relations, corporate community outreach, strategic partnerships, media engagement, employee communications, volunteerism, and event management.
    Prior to her tenure at Con Edison, Toni spearheaded the Human Resources Administration's pioneering Voucher Day Care Program, overseeing an $8 million-dollar initiative providing vital support to families across New York City.
    Toni's entrepreneurial spirit shines through as the creator, on-air personality, and executive producer of "Brooklyn Savvy," a groundbreaking talk show airing on NYC Life channel 25. Now celebrating its momentous 20th season, "Brooklyn Savvy" delves into pressing social justice issues, earning accolades including two awards from the Black and Latino Filmmakers Coalition.
    In addition to her media ventures, Toni launched "Art Movez," a dynamic radio show/ podcast in its third season, exploring the intersection of art, social justice, technology, and innovation. Broadcasting on WNYE 91.5 FM on Sunday nights at 8:00 pm, Art Movez further expands Toni's impact on contemporary discourse.
    Beyond her media endeavors, Toni's commitment to community service is robust. She chairs esteemed organizations such as the (FPWA) Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies, the Brooklyn Arts Council, and The Billie Holiday Theater, while serving on the boards of influential institutions including the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation and BRIC Arts Media.
    Toni's dedication hasn't gone unnoticed, as evidenced by a myriad of prestigious awards recognizing her exemplary leadership and service. From the "Outstanding Brooklynite Award" to the "Corporate Citizen of the Year Award," her impact resonates throughout the borough and beyond.
    Notably, as Chair of The Billie Holiday Theater's Board, Toni was part of a distinguished delegation honored with the National Medal of Arts by the National Endowment for the Arts at a White House Ceremony, with President Joe Biden presenting the medal in 2022.
    Toni's insights have graced numerous publications and platforms, solidifying her status as a thought leader and influencer.
    With academic achievements from institutions like the University of Massachusetts and the University of Michigan, complemented by professional development at Harvard University and Boston College.
