“I was thinking about Prometheus, and how he stole the fire to sculpt us - the humans,” Aurora said about the track.
“I feel like we sometimes forget that we are living creatures, capable of so many beautiful things. And the human’s current obsession with beauty makes us forget and devalue the fire that rests within us. Our inner self, and most important part.”
While I love her message, there is beauty in all of us, Greek art was as obsessed with trying to portray an ideal as any filtered insta-selfie or retouched ad of today.

the incredible fact is that Aurora in your songs, always use metaphors that open space for different interpretations. I interpreted it as "a transmission of love awakens the essence in one that in the end spreads to everyone", but there are also other beautiful ways to interpret this, I'm seeing this in the comments, like yours

But I found really interesting that, in the music video, the way she represents this idea visually perfectly translates the feeling I get when I listen to her art! ok, this is how I understand the music video:
The statues symbolize humans who are trapped by rules, unrealistic expectations, other people's judgments and unhelpful criticisms. They feel weighed down, lifeless, with no freedom or progress, just like how a real, inanimate statue would be.
Aurora shares her Flame, her Fire by touching the statues, reminding them that they have life, that they have their own strengths, and can free themselves from all these rules & expectations & judgments. So the statues have the Flame/ Fire burning within them and begin to move, to dance. The scene where each statue touches the statue next to them is a metaphor for how we can inspire/ empower/ remind each other of our own inner beauty, how we can share that Flame/ Fire to another human.
The message I get from the video is: humans aren't meant to be like statues - always posing beautifully for others to admire but remain rigid, stuck under the need to be perfect, to never change. No, humans are meant to change, to be alive, to be imperfect, to make mistakes and learn and progress, to be dancing freely in the ways that THEY want, not what someone else wants for them. And each of us have the power to inspire/ empower one another.
I watched Aurora's interview where she explained this song, that it was inspired by the Greek myth of Prometheus sculpting humans from clay and breathing into these human sculptures this magical Fire, bringing humans to life. Aurora said that sometimes we forget our own INNER beauty & strengths (the Flame/ Fire) and falsely believe that our worth is entirely based on our outer appearances and how other people perceive us, which is hindering.
For me, Giving Into the Love (song and music video) has been an empowering project from Aurora and her team :)) I'm so happy and grateful for what they've done!!! Thank you so much, Aurora and team!!!

I always feel like my obscure or dark interests are only perceived positively when I am infantilize or seen as childish and silly. But as soon as people realize it’s not a childish or ignorant interest, it’s too much for them. I also always wondered if you yourself get tired of being infantilized or called an angel. So this really provoked a lot of thought in me.
Very nicely put. We should be able to retain the abundant and effusive enthusiasm of a child without being considered childlike. Then all the additional layers are not at odds with it.

Two days ago I was in Rome to see Aurora's concert. In the morning, I was walking around the place where the concert was going to be at night. Suddenly Aurora appeared from a sort of alley and as it was sooo unexpected to "meet" her I was kinda shocked, especially because she appeared suddenly from nowhere xD She walked by me for a few seconds and then disappeared in the street. I felt so stupid that I didn't stop her to have a brief chat and to take a photo. Damn, I feel like I've missed an opportunity xD
But it have been already beautiful just to see her for a moment, it was a bit surreal xD

I can't explain what is about Aurora that makes her kind of ethernal, like an old, kind and wise soul.

Aurora is one of the few artists that makes me feel like life is worth living.
The metaphor with bringing the statues to life through touch was extremely powerful and touchingly beautiful. This feeling is what I think all music should be like, and it looks so effortless. Always enjoy the melodies that have some of this kind of magic to them. The one from Queendom is what I imagine it purely being the essence of, which makes this more than meaningful. My heart is full after seeing that. Just wonderful ✨🌞🌹💫❤🌒✨
That's a great thought! Though also with the added fact that in this album, Aurora is featuring different Gods/Goddesses for each song. In this song is Prometheus, the greek god who created humanity out of clay.

Guys, hear me out. The songs “Exist for love”, “Cure for me” and “Giving in to the love” will be present on the upcoming album and since it is based on Greek mythology, I got this idea. All three songs have music videos in which Aurora reminds me of the different gods: in “Exist for love” she’s so tender and glowing with eternal beauty and love just like Aphrodite (a goddess of love). In “Cure for me” she’s mischievous and funny just like a god of mischief (I first thought of Loki even though he’s a Scandinavian god). And in “Giving into the love” she reminds me of Afina - the goddess of wisdom, arts and crafts who shares her knowledge with others.

This is probably the happiest song I've ever heard, I love being able to put my headphones on, completely relax and just listen and smile. I love how Aurora manages to transmit so much happiness and love in just 3 minutes, this is a complete wonder :)

Did anyone else notice the symbolism? Prometheus formed people out of clay and later gave them fire. The dancing, orange, Aurora obviously symbolises the fire given to the newly formed humans.
Aurora’s inspiration for putting together this song partially came from the Greek legend of Prometheus. This is a legend, which, like any myth worth its salt, is itself based on what we will term as timeless, universal concepts.

Ok so I just realized this and thought I’d share it with everybody: Aurora said that she was thinking of the Greek titan Prometheus when she wrote this song. In Greek mythology, Prometheus was playing around in the mud when he accidentally sculpted humans. He then went to Zeus to ask if he could give humans fire to help them survive, but was denied. Even so, he managed to steal some fire from The Hearth, and gave it to us humans. In this music video, Aurora symbolizes Prometheus, or “the fire.” (Like her orange, flame like clothes)
Those clay-like sculptures is us humans before fire, but at the end when Aurora touches a sculpture, it comes alive, spreading to the other sculptures, therefore becoming human. She is the “fire” that can bring is to life.
I really love that they allow her to be herself. They don't hinder her from being her authentic self. That is beautiful! Especially in the music industry, which I think is the first time I've ever really seen that.
We can only hope that one day Adele and Sia also will be allowed to be themselves.
Not to mention Beyonce, that poor girl! Really, she only wanted to be a lead singer in a synth-metal band, but they wouldn't allow her. And I've read somewhere that one of Keith Richards's biggest dreams is to get rid of all those heavy rings and that stupid mascara if ever allowed to.
Jokes aside - you can rest assured that Aurora has complete control of all aspects of her artistic expression... 😎

I always loved aurora as an artist and Person but this is the first album that I just musically love so much
There's something about Aurora and her songs.
Something unexplainable.
She sounds so wise and old, yet so sweet and young. Her wisdom, her nature, her existence just isn't human. I can't quite put into
words about how I feel.
But I think she's a fairy, and her songs are so melancholic and soothing to the ears. And no matter how many times I listen to her songs. It's never enough.
I've been listening to this song again and again. And it's never enough. I wonder what will happen once she drops her new album.
While, mainstream listeners may find her weird, unique or different.
But for me, and for my fellow Warriors/Weirdos. She's just perfect.
Her songs are something completely amazing. I hope everyone out here is just as excited and hyped for the whole album. As I am. I could go on and on about her, and it'll still not be enough. But I think I'm gonna stop here.

No, this makes perfect sense. Like Exist For Love, I always came back to it no matter what my mood is. There's a sense of comfort that you just simply can't explain it with words. It's like "hey, just listen to this song, don't pressure it, just listen and enjoy, and let it brings you into a journey, it may not make sense now but it will sooner or later."
When i made my sister watch one of Aurora's concert and she just said Aurora's really weird with her hand gestures and body movements. I was like how can you say that? for goodness sake AURORA is the definition of a perfect fairy in the guise of a human body. I've been listening to Aurora's songs every single day and it still feels not enough too. It's like a medication that i needed to take every single day. I'm really excited to her new albums and im looking forward to the release of her album this january.

When I first heard the song I thought those 'La la las....' at the end sound like FREEDOM. The freedom of finally believing in your inner beauty and running with it. And then I saw the ending of the video and it just seems so right. AURORA! - So well done. Congratulations!
I'm passing really hard days, questioning my choices, pressing on me for not being what I was expected, not understanding what can i do for my future and honestly so sick for comparing me to others. But then this song came out and it felt like a hug, I remembered I'm human, I'm allowed to fail, to experiment and try again. I can be myself, and most important understand myself and that's a path i should walk with patience and love.

never be what you are expected - you will try to please others forcing yourself but you will never arrive to level which they expect as it is not your passion what they want you to do. Then there is too many people around us and every of them will have other expectations towards us so it is impossible to please them all. You will always feel you are not enough in their eyes. So just be who you feel to be, and do what you love to do and please yourself!
