The Video is of the first time I used it after building it. The old oil tank had 3" of oil left in it and that's what's causing the smoke. Using it now fully loaded with burnable stuff it will only smoke for a minute before it gets up to temp and then its pretty clear out of the stack. I don't think I need more supply air to it as the burner fan moves a lot of air, I would like to put an internal baffle in to recirculate and burn the gases more and I still need to seal up the door! Thanks for the question
Good idea, but too much smoke (saw the other parts as well). Do you think combustion will be smokeless if you attach a leaf blower to force air inside the tank working in parallel with the burner?
i have a real large wood stove i fill it up with kndling let it burn wide open for 10 minutes than i completly fill it up with logs and i dial down the air for a very long hot burn
You should put the blower on the hatch end it will burn much better with the smoke being forced out your stack.
Come and make us one . Every province in Bulgaria needs one of these , not to mention India can use about 10 thousand of these
Nah we are better than America
