For a davidoff signature no 2, the absolute go to drink is a glass of poll roger of course. The creamy smoke and delicate taste of the cigar goes so well with the slightly citric and refreshing sparkling of the champagne.
Just came back from my trip to London and I sat down with Edward Sr. for a short chat and a picture. Such an amazing gentleman, a true honor to have met him. Also - got quite a few wonderful Cubans! Thank you Kirby for helping us know more about this amazing family and their business.

It's really wonderful seeing Eddie bring up the question of Kirby guiding him through the process of getting a Saville Row suit made in this video, and then Kirby surprising him with the gift of a Saville Row suit a few months later! I think that real, honest friendships between gentlemen are truly one of the greatest pleasures one can have in this life.
Rather than feeling that my own manners are inadequate compared to these gentlemen; it inspires me to take more care with my manners and decorum. I am more working class, but its still a great standard of comportment to aspire to.

I had my first Davidoff today, “The Nicaragua” ! It’s amazing you mentioned “the first puff”, it was amazing having my 1st puff of this most excellent cigar. To hear you comment on this moments after lighting mine, It was obvious to me that this is a special cigar. I paired it with Forrester 1910 bourbon, and it was an exceptional pairing! The Sahakain’s are absolute gentleman!!! I love watching all of your videos but I exceptionally love these. I’ve been smoking cigars for about 10 years now and it would be a pleasure to visit the UK and Davidoff of London. This is definitely high on the bucket list!!! Lol
I'm not a suit and tie guy but I do love a good cigar and whisky. Fortunately don't live too far from a really great cigar shop with a great selection. I just need to find a good place for different types of whisky. I usually drink a stout beer with my cigar but I want to try something different.
Whiskey is one of my favorite things to enjoy on evenings. I got into it at a young age my father thought I would’ve been taken back by the taste but, I loved it haha. My personal preference are Islay whiskies. Talisker Storm is my absolute favorite followed by Caol ila. I rather enjoy the very peaty, iodine-y whiskies. It’s a special thing for me. I’m hoping to make the trip over there rather soon and I’ll be sure to stop by and see the Sahakian’s along the way.
