My 5 star mayonnaise & pili pili ya kukaanga sauces 🤩 |Miss Mandi Throwdown

Easy, quick sauces that will elevate any dish
Pili pili ya kukaanga ingredients
1 medium onion
2 - 3 tomatoes halved
3-5 cloves of garlic
8-14 Birds Eye chili (you can always use less)
2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsps of tomato paste
2 - 3 tbsp of cooking oil
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise ingredients
1 egg
1 tsp of lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard (you can always add a little bit more)
1/2 - 1 cup of any clear oil. I used sunflower oil
Salt to taste
