if you are getting error like this :
The rejection is not configured correctly for 'Discount Approval Process'. VP rejection of the opportunity did not result in either the Approval_Status__c being set to 'Not Approved' or the Discount_Percentage__c being set to null.
Then after the first step in final rejection action ie:(Approval Status to Not Approved) click save and new and update new rejection action ie:(Clear Discount Percentage);

go to object manager -> fields and relationships -> click edit on Approval Status and change field name to Approval_Status.
In setup put classic email templates and click it,In folder select Discount Request Responses,Select Discount Approved ,Give tick on available for use.
Remove the approval status pending in the final approval actions then the error will be solved

In email template discount approved is not there please solve bro

No Active Approval Processes present in the Specify Final Approval and Rejection Actions and Inactive Approval Processes is present , please give me a process. thanku sir
We couldn’t find an active Approval Process with the correct information. Please double check the instructions.
Activate the approval process
if your getting error in this stage
step 1: Go to Initial Submission Actions in approval process
step 2 : select edit
step 3 : a specific value should be kept : Approved
Here in this there is no option called discount approved

Bhai maine reject me approval wala field update kar diya hai and the file is not opening again in approval how to delete that file and reattempt it?

@@SONUMUSICHITS I didn't do much I ruined 2and half days because of this then deleted some email updates and all then tried it got successful
Remove discount percentage from approval action and add existing discount percentage to rejection then error solved

You didn't create Clear Discount Percentage feild update for final rejection action
In final approval action there's only one, so you must've created only one field update in final rejection too
I did the same and got this error
Deactivate again
And create a new feild update of clear discount percentage in final rejection action

Check at 1:16 once and add the specific value to approved. Hope it will help.
