Ok. I might need to do a rejoinder video to this effect . The lady in question is a seasoned Realtor. Her focus is on sale of houses etc, there might need to be a level of seriousness and also she needs to know what she is searching for. I don’t think she might do for a small scale of one individual as the case might be. In your case, with your budget- what you might get is someone with an existing lease who needs a flat mate or roommate.

Start asking around- groups etc. In this case, this will not be a Realtors job , it is more of referral from friends , groups etc . You can join relevant groups on Telegram and WhatsApp and start searching. I have heard a lot of success stories
