Gleaner S98 Manitoba Canola Harvest 2023

This video takes a look at two Gleaner S98 combines with 40' Honey Bee AirFLEX draper headers straight cutting a nice canola crop.
Swathing canola is becoming less of a standard with some of the newer "shatter resistant" canola varieties.

How many lbs/ac did they seed that canola?

Most commonly seeded at 4 to 5 lb/A

I tried it 2 years ago, targeted 5... but we had terrible drought that year... ended up being 7bu/ac crop
