Tebow was all time great in college. Even his one year in Denver he took over a 1-3 team and got them to the playoffs where they actually won a game. Then he never got a chance to start again. Tebow's passing wasn't nearly as good as his legs, but guess what? He still was able to win before he flamed out. Bronny wasn't a top player in high school. Bronny had no collegiate career. Bronny has a medical condition that nearly took his life just last year. Yet, y'all got the freakin' nerve to compare him to a Heisman winning QB that won NFL games despite playing a position that he wasn't suited for at that level?

I don't think this comparison is fair to Tebow at all, regardless of how badly he fared in Jacksonville. He failed in his NFL comeback because he tried to play a position where he barely played any meaningful snaps in his career, 10 years removed from his last NFL game. Despite that, he was a 2x BCS National Champion, a Heisman winner, and AP's College Player of the Year. Bronny will never have that level of success coming out of college, and the jury is still out on whether he can even be a journeyman or a competent role player in the NBA. This is a totally different situation.

I was not a Tebow fan in the slightest, but Tebow won a Heisman and National Championships. His career at Florida ranks amongst the best in college football history.
Even he wasn't given a job in the MLB or in JAX. He had to play in the Minors and tryout to play TE.
The only reason he got a chance in the minors or at TE is because of his name and fame. He was bad in the minors and worse than a joke at TE. Also he was terrible at QB in the NFL but got more media coverage than Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers while he was playing. That's the comparison they're making to Bronny.
Tim Tebow earned his fame and celebrity on the field in college. So there were tons of fans to cater to for his pro career. We can't say the same for Bronny James. There was far more justification for Tebow's coverage.

Ehh, I don't really see where it's fair, or comparable. Tebow was OUTSTANDING/FANTASTIC in college, one of the best college football players of all time. There were (extremely) legitimate questions about how he threw/his throwing ability, which ended up being true, but he was a GREAT player. Bronny was LESS THAN mediocre.
