23:42 is such a good conversation - these guys are the best players in the world. They are at the top. They may not have the continuous push for wins like the Calvins, and Gannons, and Rickys, and Simons, and Isaacs etc etc; but they are still truly some of the greatest players in the game.

29:03 My god! Seeing the speed of Jerm's forehand from that angle is insane. He looked as if he barely put effort into it and it just ROCKETED out. Really gives perspective to the difference from Pros to the Am sidearms I'm used to seeing.

I've played Nevin twice and I'm confused watching this, hole 4 is regular hole 11, and hole 3 was hole 15 last year... this is like one of those new math homework problems people post online

I don't think there's ever been a better post-round interviewer than Brian. His questions are probing in just the right ways. And his commentating strikes just the right balance of adding knowledge and insight and entertainment. I just flows naturally - more Brian!
It's so awesome seeing Brian play with the fellow commentators! Also, I'm so glad we get to see Jerm throw again! I was super concerned after his injury.

Lived in Charlotte for nearly 10 years now. Nevin has always been a meme with my friends: “LeTs gO tO nEvIn” because it’s so hard. To hear it’s even harder is honestly awesome to see the pros compete at the highest level.

Jerm, do you use compression sleeves on your knees? I have had similar issues and sleeves helped way more than I thought they would with just having confidence doing more dynamic movement like throwing discs.

I think splitting the prize money in half, half for your standing going into the tourney and half for your tourney standing, would be cool. So Calvin getting $15k now for his solid season and then the stroke advantage towards getting the rest of the $15k would be a good idea. I think if you did that, you could even remove the stroke advantage and just have all 32 start at par since 1st in tour point standings is already rewarded for his/her good season.

Gosh I love Brian and I love his story😂 He’s one of those guys that deserves his flowers
32 players. The top 4 get a bye for the first 2 rounds. 5-8 get a bye for the first round. 9-32 play round 1 on Thursday. Top 12 move on and play with 5-8 on Friday (16 players). Top 8 from Fri move on and play with 1-4 on Saturday (12 players). Top 4 make it to Champ Sunday.
So the top 4 already make Day 3 guaranteed money (which is the reward for being so high in points for the season). Points winner gets a bonus. Event payout stays the same.
This is how I'd like to see it. However, I get that the issue is players booking rooms, travel, etc. With a chance that they only play one round. And that can cause issues with players, especially those players further down the list who are more likely to get knocked out early.
But if the DGPT had additional events (skins, dubs), skill events, etc. on Sat/Sun with smaller cash prizes that people who aren't playing in the main event can take advantage of, they might be more likely to stick around.

That is because there are usually just righties on the lead card. I'm a lefty too, but don't expect them to commentate a lefty shot if there are not lefties on the card
Y’all should do the drone fly thru for all practice rounds, like you guys did for usdgc. Gives an actual idea of what the hole is without having to look up the caddie book
I think the POY, like Calvin this year, could easily get something like a $10k bonus while still doing this tournament exactly how they are.
