I was the Oilman that took care of these wells and pumphouse from '93 to 2000... It was owned by my Grandfathers best friend prior to the Discovery owning it in the mid '70's. Grandpa had the field to the south and another outside of town. I helped move the church to the site from neighbouring Marthaville and married my wife in that church in 2012. The beautiful thing about the local oil fields around the area is they're untouched from development, sprays and pesticides and are usually left to nature. We have hawks, fox, deer, coyotes, pheasants, possum all residing across Lambton Counties oil fields. It's truly awe inspiring to be a part of!
