These applications and processes aren’t cheap. They’re making good money off immigrants and petitioners. I haven’t been waiting long as a petitioner but it is discouraging.

I went through your marriage evidence list and I have maybe 3 of those items with my soon to be wife - trips taken together, texts, and one joint card. How tf is she supposed to have a 6 month history of a gas bill or a joint bank or credit card or tax returns if she can only be here 6 months at a time on a visa and doesn’t even have an ITIN yet?? What immigrant on a 6 month visa is going to be in a relationship with joint property or medical bills or any of that??
What if you don’t have Skype, a formal wedding, a second car, joint cellphone (we both use prepaid), any kind of insurance, Costco and Sam’s memberships (never go there), letters (emails maybe? (But they’re not like relationship emails just random things)). We don’t even have social media together because I don’t use it… yet we live together and see each other every day, sleep in the same bed, I take care of our bills, etc
