Is there any books one knows of the speak of running a train company that transports people or freight
Question: isn't there an option in the difficulty menu to let your employees drive while you are not moving?

When transportons passengers, I often experience the loss of my route planning after a delivery.
Anyone has a hint ?😊
We recently explained route planning in our developer note on Steam on how this new system works. But in case you missed it, here is the jist of what we said:
Almost everything happens when the player is in passenger/postage mode and is boarding passengers on a passenger station or loading/unloading mail at a warehouse. You take the passengers and mail whose destination is on your GPS Route. If you want to do passenger/postage transport on a route, for example, A B C D, then you simply add those stations to your GPS - and then drive the route and perform station operations on passenger stations and warehouses accordingly.
Passengers and postage don't behave like they do in the real world and don't use timetables, but they still assume you'll get them to their destination in a timely manner. They will leave the train at the first opportunity if their patience runs out (you took too long to get to the destination) or if their destination is no longer on the GPS Route (because you removed it).

@@Simteract Thank you for your answer which unfortunately doesn't adress the problem. Possibly I didn't explain myself correctly.
In a passenger (/postage) mode you define a route ABCD.
When you arrive at Bmain, you call the station and then switch from the yellow ABCD route to the station green route.
It happens that when you have finished with your passengers and want to switch back to the yellow route, it has been lost and you have to go back to the map and redifine the route. The passenger from BCD are still there though.
It seems but I'm not 100% certain, that it happens when you switch to the green station route too soon.

To unlock a station, do I have to go to the station or just the city that the station is in? For example, I want my employee to go to Amsterdam refinery, do I first have to go to the refinery? Or, since I went to the Amsterdam warehouse, the refinery is also unlocked?
You have to go directly to the station to unlock it.
When will there be content updates in train life?
The scenarios was ok I finished many of them. But for me, the game itself is too confusing setting up tasks hiring drivers and making money I made nothing and after so many tries,,, a deleted it.

I've xperience similar difficulties. May I suggest that you go to CZcams and watch some tutorial videos. It really helped me and now setting up tasks and hiring employees are a piece of cake.

This game needs a sandbox mode. I don't want to play and grind it out their way, I want to play MY WAY.
