The recipe I used to bake bread ( I only added 1/4 cup of honey and I used 2 cups of namaste gf flour and 1 cup of almond flour. I used ghee instead of butter. www.mamaknowsglutenfree.com/h...
🌿ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
1 and a half cup water
1/2 tsp dish soap
15 drops tangerine essential oil
For fall vibes change the essential oils to :
3 drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil
3 drops of pumpkin spice essential oil
3 honey apple essential oil
🌿GLASS CLEANER
50% water + 50% vinegar
or
50% water + 50% rubbing alcohol

Did you know chickens love to sit in trees and bushes? Would be great to add a bush in their 'garden' ;) hazel is a great shrub for partial shadow and you can harvest the nuts ❤ you could also add solid branches or something. They also like to bathe in sand or ashes from your fireplace 😊

I hope you feel better soon, my virtual video penpal. I felt the same way for weeks after I had COVID. The COVID was fine, it was just like a bad cold, but afterwards - ugh. I couldn't do even the smallest task without being exhausted for the rest of the day. I had COVID at the end of February and I am just now starting to feel my normal energy levels and stamina. So I know how you feel! It is truly terrible in a way you can't understand unless you have lived it to have no energy and feel like there's no reason for you to feel that tired. ❤️ I hope you are having a happy and restorative holiday!

I became really Ill a couple of years ago, after having my first acupuncture session.. it's really important to drink water and eliminate the toxins via the toilet, after acupuncture, massage, chiropractic sessions and so on. You realese old illness and emotions, flaring it up again.. so drink alot of water and take electrolytes and cvitamine is my suggestion :) ♥️

I heard that bouncing on a rebounder for a few minutes every day helps with draining and moving your lymphatic fluids. It also has many other health benefits.
