    A popular dish in Andhra Millet Pulagam, is a variation of Khichidi made out of broken green gram (Moon dal with its outer husk).
    It’s usually served with yummy groundnut chutney and some vegetables. Here the chutney has been hand pound and stone ground and there is no doubt that it is way tastier when made this way. So when ever possible try to make chutney using a grinding stone rather than a Mixie

    Beautiful way to show the recipe done ...it is one of the best way to make chutney by grinding ...the flavors are blended..thnk you for the millet recipe....am sure as your father grinds ..it bring bk memories of his mother...thts what cooking is all about ...love which goes into cooking for the family..your narration too is really very nice to follow

    Excellent recipe. Can you please confirm if the foxtail millets were raw or pre cleaned. If they are pre cleaned, kindly suggest how to clean and retain that water after soaking.
