one of the most powerful phrases you can think or say with your mouth: "I Do Not consent."
This is a huge aspect of setting boundaries.
Sometimes I also say "No contract." but this is trickier, as I do not wish to validate the satanic contract law system; but it is like saying "I have no contract with you, not even to communicate or respond to your query"
