From Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment, "Batman: Arkham Origins" is the next installment in the blockbuster "Batman: Arkham" videogame franchise. Developed by WB Games Montréal, the game features an expanded Gotham City and introduces an original prequel storyline set several years before the events of "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "Batman: Arkham City", the first two critically acclaimed games of the franchise.
Taking place before the rise of Gotham City's most dangerous criminals, the game showcases a young and unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight. As the story unfolds, players will meet many important characters for the first time and forge key relationships.
Deathstroke will be a fully playable character in the challenge mode for Batman: Arkham Origins™, and will come complete with his own unique weapons and special moves. Fans who pre-order the game for Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 system or Windows PC will receive exclusive early access to the Deathstroke pack containing two additional challenge maps and two alternate Deathstroke character skins.

Hani Esmayil Exactly what I was going to say. The cost of production of just 7 episodes will be more than that of Avengers Infinity War. I am a CGI designer, so I'm talking out of experience. Although, the new Batman solo movie would be cool if it had action such as this. Also, creating such action movies is pretty much possible nowadays, but, the story is what really makes the movie one of a kind, such as The Dark Knight trilogy.

Batsy has bulletproof gauntlets which he uses to block them bullets. You can see him dodging and blocking them bullets in the epic TELLTALE BATMAN series.
Carrick McHwain his suit isn't bullet proof, according to the comics, only his bat emblem on his chest and his gauntlet's. Sometimes his cowl is bulletproof as well. He's just a really smart ninja :/
This trailer is so impressive. Movements, lighting and even the snow is beyond hyper realism. I'd definitely love a film to be like this. Most comic book adaptations are good but not really violent. And I wanna see a batman and spiderman film to aimed specifically at 18 plus. With bad language, gore, grisly images, the lot.

I know it's a game but if they can get this kind of tone and style with the new Batman movies I won't have a problem believing them to be in the same universe as Man Of Steel.
Why is it 'Live Action,' cannot bring this kind of energy to Batman...or any other character for that matter? Hollywood should give a video game director and team a consulting fee on some properties on how an action sequence should flow.
Probably because stuntmen can only do so much, everything else requires CG, and to be honest, CG isn't at the point where it can blend between Reality and CG seamlessly yet, it always looks a bit... off

What a great game. It lived up to my expectations, perfectly. I didn't expect it to be as awesome as the Rocksteady ones, just for it to be its own game. It definitely was. That graphics weren't going to be very good because face it: they're using an 8 year-old engine. The story was well done. Warner Bros, thanks for a good game. Just don't make anymore Batmans

Batman Arkham Origins it's a great game,despite the bad reviews it have's.Some of the Arkham Games players said that this game would have been much better if it was created by Rocksteady(I'm also one of those players)but I saw an article which said that after Rocksteady finished Arkham City than Wb Montreal wanted to make an Arkham game which would have said The Batman origin and his allies origins(Gordon,Barbara,etc) as well as some origins for some of his villains(The Joker,Bane
The fighting system is incredibly dynamic. The counters make up a spectacular show that changes throughout the game. The standard punches produce quite a spectacle during gang fights.

how does deathstroke fight so swiftly when he only sees with one eye through his mask... without binocular vision its not possible to judge density and distance as accurately as depicted here...
Deathstroke is basically a bad captain America. All of his senses are enhanced meaning the one eye is just as good as 2.

Happy 8 years of Batman: Arkham Origins!!! Today being 10/25/21. I bought the Collector's Edition, and love every minute of the game.
This trailer looks incredible. We've had 3 Batman movies and 2 Superman movies so far this century, and now we're getting one where they team up, but all I can think is 'why can't they make a full Batman animated film of this quality? This is CGI of such quality that it's almost indistinguishable from real life, and being CGI you can design perfect looking characters and have them do anything you want. I would honestly far rather a CGI film of this quality than Superman vs Batman live action.

Both, I think. Though Green Arrow or Flash would totally make a great next game set in the Arkhamverse. Another good ideas would be a Suicide Squad game or Birds of Prey if we're going for wider playable casts.
