Parrotlet Repeats Words (Echo!)

Getting Echo to repeat words and working with him on his vocabulary. Repeating words and sounds frequently to get them to learn them and relay them back to you is a big part in trying to get your bird to be a social talker. 1 person is better then 2 however.
In this video Echo's mommy is getting him to talk (I'm trying to help) but he has only a few people that he will really get going on talking to. It's kind hard to catch what he says sometimes because he talks over people so you have to listen pretty close!

I have a pair of parrotlets that had babies before i got them but now when Lilly lays an egg they eat it or this week she laid an egg but isn't sitting on it.Any ideas?
