Definitely one of the more 'interesting' build videos I have seen, in that it was all a 3d render on a computer. A fee notes though, washers should be placed between the pieces of woodbwhere bolts where used as pivot points. Also, the Dowling retention blocks should not be screwed to the underside of the table top but rather to the supporting rails. This will reduce the risk of the screw points poking through the top due to incorrect screw sizing or wood shrinkage thay occurs with seasonal changes. And lastly, a waterproof glue, like titebond 3 or similar, should be used wherever screws are used to increase strength and prevent structural weakness due to the screws 'backing out' which can occur over time due to seasonal wood shrinkage and swelling or general use of the item.
