Mashed potatoes with 1 egg! Super simple and delicious potato and egg recipe in easy cooking
Ingredients and recipe:
200 grams of mashed potatoes
1 small egg
Mix well
Add 50 grams of flour and
Mix well
40 grams of grated cheese
15 grams of green onion
Add salt to taste
Add black pepper to taste
Mix well
Add some vegetable oil
Add the potato batter to the pan
Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
After 5 minutes
Turn over and cook for another 3-5 minutes
done!
Super crispy outside and super soft inside!
You can eat this with sour cream!
