what i like to do is little run throughs. use a operator you don’t care about dying with and just work through it little by little so you learn the steps.

Ok I found out today a few frustrating runs. If you don't offer the items you won't get them gold but you will get a legendary aether tool and a pk 3 qristal. Thank you for this video I had no idea why I wasn't getting the items until I watched this. Thank you

I finished all the steps up until i put the items in the pedestals then killed the boss that spawns then it kicked me out and its not letting me get any of the items again i finished union to get the giraffe but now its not letting me get any other items

I tried a regular gun, ray gun and explosives and didn't get the item under the bed. I'm doing this over multiple games and the only thing I can think of is you have to have all items or a specific item like the giraffe in your inventory. I'm stumped
Try getting death perception I had someone tell me to get that and you can interact with it!!
I did my Merc camp mission in tier 1. killed all the bozos and left the sergeant for Pickles

I had no mods but a pap3 ray gun try that or I also heard death perception and interacting with it works
When I put them in the pedestals it doesn't work. They are all upgraded and put in the correct pedestal
I did two withput offering up relics and the reward rift had P3 crystals and leg tools. Idk if thats what is suppose to happen with no offering but its a great way to farm items lmao

Do I have to get all the items and turn them gold of I have lots of DA keys already?
So to unlock the new portal you’ve got to place the correct gold items in the correct pedestals so no matter how you get them you’ll need to get them upgraded / turn them in
And if I am with a squad and one of the team mate placing the items and we finish with it, and after it will be unlocked for me?
How the hell did you figure that out? Was the location of the items in the patch notes? Did they tell you how to upgrade them? I need answers because at this point I think it's magic...

Yes is working in any zone but only the dog have to kill the sergent not you 😉
You have to have death perception perk. That enables pink footprints to show up and allows you to interact with the item under the bed

@@XboxMBWesley I don't know if I would say " works as well ". I would say it is the way to do it because I tried everything you did in your video and could not get it to work. I tried a regular gun, regular gun in all levels of Pack-a-Punch, a ray gun, a ray gun with all levels of Pack-a-Punch and all different perks and nothing worked until I had death perception. Depth perception allowed me to see the feet and interact with the item. I didn't have to shoot it like mentioned in your video. Clearly what you did worked but maybe they performed a hot fix that changed it to what needs to be done now which is death perception allows you to see footprints and follow them to the bed. As you pass over each one they will disappear. The final set is right next to the bed and when you stand on them and go to prone it allows you to interact with the item
@@XboxMBWesley I would make a video about it but I don't have a following and it would get maybe 20 views so I'll just let one of the big-name cod guys cover it. But you have to have death perception to see the pink 👣 and that allowed me to interact with it. It took two games of shooting it like you said in your video. And I came to the conclusion of the only difference between my attempts and your successful attempt is the fact that you had perks and I didn't. So as the storm was spreading I went to tier 3 but every perk and went back over and that's when I noticed I could now see the footprints.
Any merc camp works and the friend note just need death perception to get and then just interacte with the thing under bed don't need to shot it or atleast I didn't when I did

I posted two comments that I tried to shoot it like he said with all different guns and all different Pack-a-Punch levels and it didn't work. After figuring out all you need is death perception I commented that. He then read this comment, went back to my previous comments and gave me my own advice. 🤯

The Dark Aether Rift doesnt Spawn for me after upgrading all 4 Relics. They are all upgraded but the rift doesnt spawn ive tried like 5 different matches and nothing happens when i place them and they are coreectly in the right spot.
That’s so weird the only thing I can think of is you are mixing up the laptop with imaginary friends item etc. I almost placed them in wrong spot but I can’t physically see your gameplay so no way for me to know maybe the game is glitching but triple check!

Try death perception and interacting with it I read that in a comment. Otherwise I had a pap3 ray gun just FYI but I doubt pap3 is needed

Yeah of course! So when that circle spawns go into the direct center of it and you should see what I show in the video (where it says “press F to offer” or whatever). That is where you essentially risk your item and in return if you kill enough zombies in the circle, you’ll get your item back but upgraded! Hope that helps.

I jumped in a game not realizing there was a new update, I joined a random group and they completed the new act mission. I have to do it again now and no one is doing it cause everyone did it already 🙄

edit: i dropped all of the relics a few times and picked them back up, and it all works, if you are in a party
You mean like the triangles? They are one time per game someone must have come before you. You made sure you shot the three symbols while standing in the triangle?
@@XboxMBWesley the symbols on the buildings dont appear, those that you need to shoot, while standing in the purple triangle rune-like thing in order to spawn the circle that is like in the "union" mission. once they did after i flew arround with the scorcher and dropped the items a few times, like i said. but then my whole experience in the circle was glitchy af, maybe because it was 6man party, dunno.. and if its like the stormcaller, well maybe yeah, its 1 shot per game..

I’m not sure I don’t want to tell you the wrong thing - since rifts spawn I would presume no since the game creates it out of thin air but I’m not 100% sure!

@@XboxMBWesley Thanks for the video! I was lucky in that the mansion at I7 was also a stronghold. Also worth noting that, if you don't have the items and you complete the T3 triangle puzzles, you get a legendary tool and flawless crystal every time. So maybe farm away before turning the items to gold, because I don't know if the puzzles will be available after you do.
