    Today we are talking with Amanda Luper. She is an occupational therapist working in the intensive care unit at Indiana University Ball Memorial Hospital. Amanda is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and in addition to being the education and compliance coordinator. Amanda has worked in the acute care setting for 9 years, and specifically in the ICU for 7 years. Amanda has experience creating early mobilization protocols and has started a support group for ICU survivors. During the interview, Amanda will discuss her role as an occupational therapist in the ICU, intervention strategies, and her caseload.
