He exactly right about everybody knows each other or somebody in they circle or family. I never met Marcelo but he had a house next door to my parents after Katrina and I grew up with currency went to nine flags nursery and elementary school with him and we played as kids together.

New Orleans averaging around 250 killings a year since 1990 is insane when considering the population's been under 500k the entire time.
1992-1996 was over 300 and 1994 had 421 which is a lot for a city that sizs. 86k per 100 people to be exact
