The cost is NOT a pro. If you don't renew the Whoop sub, it becomes entirely useless. $239 down the drain. Most other tracker and smartwatch devices still function if you cancel their individual subs. So, over time, the Whoop ends up costing way more than every Apple Watch
I've only had mine for a few days, so no strong opinion yet -- other than the $30/mo sub and forced 12 months minimum. But I do love the Whoop app and the amount of data it has -- esp. for sleep
I would consider whoop if it simply told the time. I’m in healthcare, and I like having a watch. I refuse to be that guy wearing two wrist devices. Lol
Its not worth it in my opinion. I have two, one for me and one for the wife. She got bored of it within two months. An apple watch does so much more or any smart watch similar, like the daily need of what time it is. WOOP customer service is poor, really poor, especially their delivery methods and options available for delivery. In addition, if you put the watch down, as in do not wear it, the watch records you as sleeping, which then affects your monitoring of sleep, recovery etc. It cannot recognize, by itself, that the user is not wearing it. She has not covered that because the review is basic, not detailed. This is like a sales review to me, covered only the positives and not the negatives, cause she has not looked far enough into the WOOP.
To each their own! I think it definitely depends on the person. As mentioned, no screen is definitely a con and a turn off for a lot of people! I personally love it, but I also have my phone on me constantly due to work, so I didn’t want another screen on my arm :)
@@realcoachkelsea Not having a screen is what is driving me closer to getting it. I don't want to be distracted by notifications and the ability to see data all the time
i need to start using receipts to write my pros & cons
It’s a great resource! Lol
@@realcoachkelsea curious to hear your thoughts on the new Stress Monitor & Strength Training that's coming out
@@ShervinShares I will definitely look into it and potentially do another review!
Thanks for the video. It was one of many I used to see if I wanted to really dive into the Whoop.
I love to hear that! So glad it was helpful 🙌
Great Review 😊I have Whoop since 3 weeks and it helps a lot for my Training for Triathlon and half Marathon ❤, best regards from Germany 😊
That’s awesome!! Best of luck in your triathlon and half marathon!
the big con is the price!
Great Review. Thank you for sharing. New subcriber
Welcome!!

That’s great to know!! I’m definitely ok with a higher cost because I didn’t love the Apple Watch 🤷🏽♀️

Whoop tracks activity automatically btw
To track sleep do you need the app running or does it do it automatically ?
It’s automatic
@@Mysterious.J thank you ☺️
Yep! It’s automatic. The app will just need to be running & Bluetooth on when you sync everything in!
i have a question, can you see your HRV live ?
Yes, it goes into HRV and gives that feedback daily, including during sleep.

That’s fair! In that field, I feel like the time is important to have conveniently on your wrist!
They have a bicep band and they have clothes that fit the whoop on their website.
Make a whoop group!:)

@@erikainglasses yes! It has been my favorite part. Something that can track everything, but isn’t a phone attached to my wrist!
