Made this bag twice, the second time a little smaller, starting with 16 inch squares. A little better for a smaller person. Goes together well and you can use up those large prints. Nice pattern.
Wonderful!
Using 3 pieces is a great way to use up fabric. Great vid as always.
Yes! Thank you!
Thank you so much! As a sewing novice, I appreciate your clear, concise instructions. Wonderful video!
Glad it was helpful!
You make the best sewing projects!
Thank you
Love this idea! I have plenty of fat quarters I want to use up and this is a perfect project! Thanks for the great video! Easy to understand!

Love it, as usual. Going to make one now and see if I can add some longer handles to the ends. Thanks, as always, for sharing.
Great
Must must make! This will be great for throwing things in and going or for knitting projects! Thank you! ❤️
You are so welcome!
Lovely bag. My friend brought me some material from New Zealand. I think that it's destined for a bag like that. 😊
Great
Best tutorial for origami
I will definitely try it
Thank you 😊
Such a beautiful bag - it's so modern and the design makes it easy to construct! Thank you so much. Even though it is mostly topstitched, I would us a 5/8" seam allowance for strength, as is used in most sewing. Only quilters use 1/4" SA.
Good point
Very neat. I want one. Will try to make one. Thank you for the video
Thank you for watching

Hola me encantó rápido y sencillo, pero necesito las medidas en centímetros por favor. Gracias.
1” = 2,54cm
Cute bag! At around the 3:05 mark you say to take a piece of fabric measuring 3.5" x 4 and one fifth inch. Is this a typo? Inches are divided in eighths or sixteenths. A bit confusing. Thanks for the otherwise very clear instruction!
Oh yes! I was thinking 0.5 in my head for sure so 1/2
Linda!!
🙏
On the second cut music.who plays it?
Mahalo
Credits are at the end of the video
Great!! Thank you!!

Another great video...that seems to be what I always say---but it's TRUE! I can't wait to try this. I'm thinking of adding a half layer of batting to quilt the rectangle before turning down the corners at the 45 degree. It may be too bulky but I won't know until I try. Right? Right! Thanks for sharing. You are a truly general soul. Blessings from WV/USA.
Go for it!
Let us know how that works for you.
👍👏👏👏💐
I'm new to sewing so I don't know why certain techniques are used in other cases for a tote bag. For instance, does the style of this bag not require fusible fleece? (Is that the same as interfacing?) My uneducated guess is that it would make it stiff and this bag is meant to slouch - hobo style? I appreciate the guidance.
It’s about personal choice. If you like a stiffer bag you can add interfacing
@@teresadownunder Thanks! Wasn't sure if would ruin the "look" of the bag.
👍
Doña Teresa cuanto mide c/da paño de tela que usó para el bolso origami? dice que 6 paños pero no dice las medidas. También me hace el favor de decirme si son en pulgadas o cm. Gracias

There's no talking.Video goes to fast.
I prefer the videos without the excessive talking. And if you click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner, you can slow down or speed up the video to what suits you best!
Thank you 🙏
I viewed this and thought wow this is a very good time for reusable and cute grocery bags since people are getting environmentally friendly these days
