OMG Y’all are so entertaining. I’m just laughing and laughing 😂
I have stored rice, flour, & cat food in these Gamma Vittles Vaults (different sizes). They’re awesome. Well worth the investments.
Costco has them for $30 right now I use buckets but they aren't easy to access . Really considering these for food
When I started my bread journey 10+ years ago KA actually had on their website that their flours were almost always ALL organic but they didn’t label them as such because they didn’t guarantee it unless it was packaged as organic. Now, the organic label brings in big dough money $$$ so they have expanded into marketing that way. Basically, I still use their regular and it’s awesome!!! It’s practically almost always organic. Still save tons on homemade vs organic prepared breads etc. and quality is off the charts. I can’t say enough good things about KA and their passion for quality. They are also an amazing resource and authority in all things bread and baking! They literally make the world a much better place ❤❤❤
I love sharp shoppers
This was a great video. I can't wait for one on a!l the types of flour and their applications!
I love your bread maker honey loaf recipe. It’s my go to and never disappoints! I use dough setting and bake in regular oven. Yum!Thanks again. Greetings from New York City!👍🏼🇵🇷🗽❤️ 😋
And shorts sourdough challah bread is great everyday bread if you turn them into rolls. Challah by Else is the best, easiest recipe I found.
I have always thought about using those containers for a big bag of flour. So I want to double check that 40 pound container fit 50 pounds of flour?
On a totally unrelated note, have you bought and tried the new Ankarsrum Stainless Steel Beater Bowl and would you recommend it over the plastic bowl? Also does the plastic cover fit on it?
Do you not need to sterilize the container? Do I need to worry about moisture making to go bad?
What bulk store do u use
I go to my local pizzeria, and they charge me about $22 for one 50 lb bag of AP flour high in gluten, around 17%.
This was immensely helpful. Thank you! Do you happen to know what the difference is between the KA special patent and the baker’s classic?
I think Baker's Classic might be organic bread flour. You can give them a call and they should be able to let you know.
The Dog Pound, Hahahahaha
best place to order 50lbs bread flour. I need help with some good reference! Thanks!
It depends on your area. We have a lot of Amish stores around us. They carry a lot of bulk foods.
The dog pound 😂🐕🦺
And here I struggled with the 25lb bags of bread flour from Sams. Yes you will fail making bread. It is tricky and fragile. But the ingredients are cheap. Go try. Take notes! This is how the pro bakers did it. They took notes on what worked and didn't and those notes formed the recipes that NOW consistently turn out great bread they can sell in the shop window. But they didn't get there by chance. They worked for it. If they can do it, you can do it.
I hate weavels
