I agree with VaoDxArchAngel. Slow the video down to 0.25 to see most clearly. He takes four steps after the crossover, but in the first two the ball is just spinning loosely against his right hand as part of his dribble.
So can you take 10 steps if the ball is spinning loosely against your hand? That's irrelevant, you can only take 3 steps after ball hits the court.
That's not actually how it works. As I understand the rules, you can take exactly two steps after you stop your dribble (more precisely: you can put both feet on the ground after stopping your dribble, the first foot defines a pivot foot and once it leaves the ground you must shoot or pass before returning either foot to the ground). While dribbling you may take any number of steps. The dribble stops when the player gathers the ball, which in this case would be when he stops it with left hand and takes two steps towards the basket.
That said, the rule of thumb in the NBA is 3 steps so maybe he would get called anyways. The logic I use is suppose he continued dribbling after those two steps. Would he get called for carrying? Obviously not in this case, so it looks fine to me.
