2 stroke and sawdust works in this house, except when I'm cutting pin oak. If you have cut pin oak you know. Very nice machine.
Wish I could afford a 37D with attached train. How ever, I’m just happy I’m getting a 22-28. Just sent off full payment last week. I know I’m way early sending payment, don’t care. I don’t want any hiccups with things going threw. February can’t get here fast enough.
That 37D is an absolute monster. One day my woodyard will have orange an blue in it. But today is unfortunately not that day.
My wife says that’s the smell of a hard working man love the set up what a beast

Nice to see Big Guy get a starring role in a video! That is the best horizontal setup on the market - whoever buys this will be setup for cranking out some serious wood.
Long time viewer, first time commenter. Love your channel and machines. Thanks for sharing. I had to LOL when you commented about "sawdust & 2-strokes." My wife goes crazy (in a good way) when I run leftover 2-stroke racing fuel in our yard machines because it smells like she's at the races which has always excited her. Thanks for making me LOL. :)

I noticed that the handle on the jack for the conveyer was hitting the ground when the unit was moved at 1:00 in the video. A small tip, use a bungee cord to raise the handle off the ground and just hook it higher up on the conveyer.
The smell of two stroke and sawdust is the equivalent of a fine cologne and diamonds over here at the Dude Ranch! I pamper her everyday 😂

That is a VARY nice set up!!! I had not noted before that one could have a hitch on both ends of the splitter.

I have been pestering Gerry about adding removable grizzly bars to 37D with attached 16ft conveyor, maybe if we get enough people on here to support the idea. We don't need to send trash to our customers!

Yes. We have 2 sizes smaller than this wedge. This one makes the largest pieces
Hey Andrew, I know there is about a 3k charge when you order the machine and live in America. Was wondering what it would cost me if I came and picked up a machine and brought it back. I live close to the Canadian border. Not sure if that’s even possible.
Yep for sure you can pick it up. We have lots of customers that do now. We can prepare all the paperwork for you

I am in the similar situation, so I asked a freight broker, and they said usa border customs fees will be around 1K. 2.4% tariff for splitters
@bradderouin5692 there is a $15 user fee when you cross. No other fees or taxes unless you're in Pennsylvania or California, you will get a bill for the state tax in that situation.

Built Like A Tank and worth every Penny !
If you have access to wood and a decent market to sell it this thing will pay itself off in no time. Plus they hold their value well, and are a great investment. Not to mention fun to run.
What height do you have the cutter head at. We are having problems with the wood going in sideways was it starts to split so frustrating
The grain of the wood and quality/squareness of the block is going to have a major effect on how well it works

Running that large kubota motor couldn't that run the conveyor and the splitter? Completely looking in from the outside with no knowledge on the limitations.

Mine is being built that way as we speak. Conveyor will be run off the splitter
