CSX EMD SD70MAC 4710 Leads I-158 To Baltimore Penn Mary Yard Thru Iona Island • 05/04/2024

it's an incredible sight to see EMDs pulling hot intermodals on the CSX River Line, formerly the New York Central West Shore Line. under Conrail, this line would regularly see hot intermodals pulled by EMDs. although ever since CSX took over, GE power has become more common on these trains. this train originates at the Northwest Ohio ICTF in North Baltimore, Ohio, and heads down to the old B&O Penn Mary Yard in Baltimore, Maryland. note the large amount of Amazon containers. Amazon is a huge customer for CSX.
