DSR DNC POV. (APD, 6-1-1)

Unoptimized first clear of PF APD DSR.
Things I would note:
I try to sandbag for Mitigation and CDs so I don't spend gauge properly from phase to phase.
I don't align Gigaflare1 2min really well because this was my second time seeing P7 but it's only a GCD Off.
