Ah, Rassel, another beautifully designed home! It features everything we've come to expect of you: lightness, airiness, clean lines, space that makes you want to sit down and let out all your tension, relax and bask in the beauty. What really makes this stand out is all the wonderful, wonderful unobtrusive storage! Storage to hang up your coat or take off your shoes as you walk in the front door. Storage for all the myriad household items that accrue. Pantry storage so that you're never caught unprepared and are always ready for guests. Storage in the laundry area. In short, storage so that it's possible to lead an ordinary life in an extraordinary space. Bravo!

Gorgeous house Rassel 🥰 I noticed that the kitchen cupboards and even wardrobes upstairs go all the way to the ceiling!!! Super dooper 🥳 No more falling from the ladder whilst trying to clean over the cupboards 🥰😇
Open plan and your signature colour scheme, makes it fresh, the contrast of wood colours against the crispy white is always a winner. The wood on the ceiling is a good touch too hoping it stops you from being claustrophobic 😉
The mix of different styles in furniture and textures is always spot on Rassel! 😎
The outside is beautiful.... and love the roof design, it would suit places with snow in winter... not heavy long periods of snow, but snow 😂😂 sounds like a tongue twister!!

Ganda po ng mga designs ng bahay na ginagawa mo sir, hopefully may maupload din po kayo na 6×3 na may roofdeck pero yung hagdan nasa loob ng bahay at may 1 bedroom sa baba, salamat dahil dito sa channel nyo nagkaroon ako idea pano yung future tiny house namin😊...

I love the layout of this house. Very well done. There's lots of space. I love that there's a separate area for the laundry. I love the closet by the front door for coats, shoes, etc.

Most of your designs are so beautiful and the details are wonderful. I really like the bottom floor, but the first bedroom is much too tight, especially since there is so little living room space. There is no room for a child to play.

Beautiful but staircases/hallways are so tight you won't br able to get mattresses/dressers/ect around corner into room.
This is lovely, and checks many boxes. I especially like the white kitchen. However, I feel like you've shortchanged the living area/den--it's too small. You obviously gave a lot of thought to the other areas of the house, but it doesn't appear you gave much thought to the living area and just squeezed it in.

I have liked almost every one of your designs. This included. Just don't like where the front door is. Don't like coming in and walking between the sofa and t.v. Also would put a door to the outside from the laundry. An extra egress. I like that you always keep in mind a really decent kitchen that has plenty of storage and counter. I'm not a fan of open concept but in a tiny/small house there's really no way around it, and you do it well.
Good point about the front door. There is a second outside door on the main level, but it's not near the laundry nook, obviously.
