I used to only color inside of books and most of my books were Amazon paper and I never had any issues with it. I preferred that paper over some of the paper from other books, tbh. 😂 Some of them have thicker paper, but it is too smooth.

I ordered a book printed on Amazon paper Jan 2024 and it was horrible … the choice of paper Amazon provides are limited so if they pick the thinnest cheapest paper then it’s never good. But it can be about technique also however better paper less breakdown of your colored images 😊
Clearly that's not the case with this book as you can plainly see in the video. Thin - yes. But look at everything else I was able to do with it. As far as technique - you are absolutely correct. Every tool will seem horrible if it's not used properly. Swing by the academy. Take a few courses with me. You'll be coloring on ANYTHING like a pro and loving it in no time. It does take practice and understanding of tools that's a little deeper than just good and bad paper or pencils. I recommend starting with How To Use Colored Pencils Like A Pro.
