Inosuke became very strong, especially in the Infinite Castle and the fight with Muzan, and he was able to confront the demon Tanjiro, even the Hashira did not do that, except for Gyuu
I am not under estimating inosuke I watched the entire anime and finished the manga along with the info books zenitsu put a lot of training in at hashira training arc and surpassed inosuke by a bit
zenitsu has more potential, the reason is: zenitsu's body became perfect for thunderbreathing bc he got hit by lightning, nothing like that happened to any other character except zenitsu
