amber some ideas for stimulation that are somewhat off the phone: - coloring - listening to audiobooks - puzzles - crochet - physical puzzle books like crosswords, sudoku, word searches - board games - punch needling - pickleball - reading - air dry clay - try new recipes - get a gaming device (still a screen but less harmful i think, like animal crossing lol) these are all things Ive done since deleting tiktok
same, i remember being so obsessed with that cut that i literally got bangs (though didn't look nearly as good as she did lol), so it's always crazy to me how people reacted bc that style on her is just so good then and now

Try to create more things every day! Draw something, journal, cook a recipe, whatever! Us creatives need to keep doing otherwise our brains end up frying with social media :)
