ingredients:
Potato: 1 large
Eggplant: 1 large
White bread: 2
Boiled chickpeas: 1½ cup
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Cooking oil: 750 ml
Sauce:
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Sesame sauce: 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise sauce: 1 tbsp
Garlic fine chopped: 1 tsp
Yoghurt: 1 cup
Parsley chopped: 1 tbsp
