      Andy Spark thank you but I’m all ok now I been on therapy for a long time and it’s helped a lot, this video is not only for other people to understand but also to give some personal tips.

      If you wanna enhance your knowledge or listen to the experts, then you still have time.
      I'm also fine again, but still watching some interviews just to refresh the knowledge and find new experts, i didn't know before.

    I recently started self harming just to stop myself from thinking of suicide may not be the brightest thing to do but oh well. I also only ate 3 nights a week the rest I would just starve myself may of pissed off a friend by doing it but she stuck by me even though she hates what I’m doing to myself she is trying her best to help me but I’m stubborn and won’t listen. sorry for the long comment

      deathstab223 there is no need to be sorry for the only comment I took time to read it twice in case I missed something but also to understand where you are coming from. Eating for me is not that easy like the same as you but sometime we have to Force ourselves to eat that gives us the Energy to do thing, I would kindly suggest to try eat a small snack on the days you don’t eat much make sure you drink plenty of water. Moving on to self-harm I’m happy that you have a supporting friend but sometimes people don’t know the main reason behind it and why we do it, mine was simply I had to much people hatting me and I didn’t want to hurt people so I hurt my self, I know how hard it is to pull through to stop but just remember your not alone and there is help out there for you, people should always love you for who you are not what you do and if they truly care they will stick by your side and help you. I stoped self-harming because my ex could not sand seen then so I stoped just to make him happy but that didn’t work so I left because sometime you just can’t make people happy even if you try and they don’t like it then they are not worth it but you should not really stop something for anyone or even if they tell you too, really you should stop for your own good and health because a healthy mind is better.

      LushLife4 U the days that I don’t eat I’m either not in the mood or I’m at work and by time I finish it’s pointless finding something to eat so I don’t bother. What was really getting to my friend was the fact I was dropping 2Kg a day and she really doesn’t like seeing me like that especially when we have known each other since we went to school and she never thought that someone that was so happy and always laughing could of been as bad as I am she only found out about everything a few weeks ago and the only reason I told her is because I trust her and she is the only one to stick by me instead of turning against me and using it all to get at me

      deathstab223 It’s always best to do things your way and your own time because people who don’t understand how long it’s been going on they are going to try help you but then not knowing how long it’s been going on they will try change you and that’s just going to be to much for your mind.

      LushLife4 U she doesn’t try to change me she just tells me off but the way she does it is more like she is a worried girlfriend more than a worried friend

      deathstab223 of course people are going to worry but they need to know that you need to do things your way and in your own time.
