RECIPE
2 Bunches of Fresh Asparagus
8-9 Cloves Garlic, rough chopped
1/2 stick butter, melted
3-4 tbs. Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Salt
Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese (OPTIONAL)
Preheat Oven to 400°.
Take all Asparagus and break or chop hard ends off as shown in Video.
Crush and roughly chop all garlic.
On a baking dish brush on 3- 4 tbs. olive oil..
Place all Asparagus on pan close to each other as shown in Video.
Sprinkle All chopped garlic over entire dish. Sprinkle the juice of 1/2 lemon over entire dish.
Brush melted Butter over All Asparagus and add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Even though I didnt..Now would be the time to add Shredded Parmesan cheese over entire dish if you like.
Place pan in a the Preheated oven @ 400° for 12-15 minutes...ENJOY!!

New subscriber here and back to the Love of cooking I always wanted to and loved and yearned to be able to cook and I was raised in a house with so many kids my mother would throw us out of the kitchen next thing you know I'm dating and I'm being labeled slowly that I can't cook I make one mistake with macaroni and cheese LOL and then I label myself and everybody else and we bring it up as a joke and so I never learned to cook or I never it's not even learning that's part of the trap too it's enjoying just once at a time and then it all comes together so I'm thinking of making videos eventually for people like me I'm freaking good at it I have good taste I think when you have good taste if you have a passion for something you put your good taste in style and passion into anything and you can make it great be successful at it. So I appreciate all this help my husband happier LOL😅

Only cooked fresh asparagus one time but will have to try it again with your recipe. The main thing I did wrong was I didn't trim it enough. Didn't know, it was my first and only time. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.

Again you taught me something new..I never put 🍋 juice..ill have to go and but some asparagus.. I remember when women use to boil the heck out of it..thats why no one liked it..but roasted omg.its 1 of my favorite top 3 green vegetables. Really good! I think next time I might just chop some garlic like you did and then add it to the butter in a small skillet. Drizzle it over the spears. Anyway, it beats steaming them, which is what I usually do. Thanks for your recipe.

Thai is an impressive stove top. I was thinking if you added shrimp to the asparagus then topped them both with garlic, lemon, butter, parmesan cheese that would make a great one tray meal. Or do they not roast at the same speed? Another winner, Marshall. 👍👍

We simmer fresh asparagus till cooked medium. Drain, sauté in olive oil, and add scrambled eggs, to make an omelette. Put between two slices of Italian bread, with Parmesan cheese, or Mayo. Yummy!
