Personally when I watched your other videos, while informative and inspiring, I find that occasional references from movies or shows from the world can be distracting and can interrupt the flow of learning from the Spirit, especially on a more deep or detailed topic that I'm trying to focus on.

There's a great book by an LDS author that shows that there's perfect harmony between the prophetic statements concerning the garden of Eden being in Missouri and the Old Testament account. It's called Canaan, Babylon, and Egypt A Comparative Theological Analysis on Creation sold by Eborn Books. Great read. Thumbs up!

I hope you don't mind me making a little comment here that I wanted to say a few things. First of all I'm a member of the church though for various reasons such as health problems and the pandemic and so on I haven't been able to make it to church and sometime. but I also want to say that I believe anybody who has accepted Jesus as our savior is my brother or sister in Christ. but this really is a wonderful and fantastic talk and I'm really enjoying listening to it.

@@102wingnut your right. I have been sharing my testimony on Facebook and Instagram for the past year. I try to reach out as many people that I can touch. I leave it to the Holy Ghost to do the conversion and change of heart.

There's no marriages performed in the resurrection but they are performed down here on earth for time and eternity inside of the temples of God or performed for time only if married outside of the temple . So all marriages are performed here in this life, not in the resurrection.

I will only say this, you shouldn't cherry pick a couple of verses in Isaiah 11 to force fit a LDS agenda.
Too bad none of this is true. I used to believe in it, served a mission, temple marriage, dozens of callings. I fully once believed. Then....it all unraveled. CES Letter spoke more truths than the Book of Mormon. I still attend church, but now understand that the eternal consequences that I was taught are no longer real.
The eternal consequences ARE REAL. The Church is true and living, because the church teaches that Jesus is risen in the flesh, so they teach the same Jesus that's risen in the flesh that the Bible teaches.
@@germanslice Cute. You bore your testimony just like you've been told to do. I used to do it too. Just because "the church" teaches something, doesn't mean it's true. I'm far more interested in what the church doesn't say verses what it publicly says.
Many religions teach that Jesus is risen, that's certainly not an exclusive LDS doctrine.
@@parkerplace2910 God gave me a knowledge of himself and his character. so I'm not at the level of I believe or I hope because other members or church leaders told me to believe its true. Because I know. For God had revealed to me the truth. So I've come to a knowledge of God.

Was it that still small voice, that burning in your bosom, that conviction that it's all true?.....that God lives and Joseph Smith restored the church and President Nelson (he's my cousin BTW) is our prophet today?

@@parkerplace2910 Luke Chapter 22 speaks of the burning of the bossom. The record that is given from heaven, So I don't see any conflict. Jesus taught the feelings of the spirit of revelation to his two disciples and he also taught it to Simon Peter of Barjona saying flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father whichis is heaven has revealed it to thee. So when Latter-day saints get revelation they are getting it from Father above, not from themselves.
Just as I don't see any conflict with lattter-day saints praying as paul prayed by bowing the knees down to God the father in the name of Jesus (Ephesians 3:22).
And also the Laying on of hands to receive the gift and power of the Holy Ghost is found in Acts Chapters 8 and 19. So that ordinance the church does is valid as well.
So I don't see any conflict and I've studied the bible on the church and couldn't find any conflict in the beliefs and teachings and practices of the church and with the belief and teachings of the new testament saints...
The CES letter I have read it, but The Author has failed to realize how God works because he thinks God is limited to linear time. But God and his prophets jump from one time period into another you see it in Isaiah he jumps from his time into the latter-day saints time and jumps back to his time again, hes made many jumps like that back and forth.
So I see no conflict. .God knows the Past, Present and Future, he doesn't just work only in the Present.
Well, now, that wasn't entirely correct. Close though. The Urim and Thumim were not used at all, any more than the plates were for translation. The church still has Joseph's "seer stone" or "peep stone" in its possession and this is a simple rock that Joseph found when he was young and saved because it was pleasing. Since the church has it, but not the Urim and Thumim, why isn't Nelson telling you this? Joseph is on record as having used the peep stone in a hat, as shown, to act as though he could lead landowners to treasure on their property. He claimed he could see treasure in the ground and would tell them where to start digging. The thing is, no treasure was ever found with his direction. Though he collected his fee. Hmmm...kind of like I paid tithing for years but never found my treasure. Bet this comment doesn't stand for more than a day or two! And shame on you...the one taking it down. Do a bit of research. You might actually find some truth!

When these men take a vaccine that has aborted babies within it, and it changes our DNA that God gave us, you are stumbling in vision , you are drunk with wine/ hence you have partaken of the sacrament unworthily, these men who claim the sacred title of prophet have mocked their Lord and Savior!!
In John 2
You can read, that Christ said “ MY MEAT , is to (DO ) the Will of Him that sent me.. read the sacrament prayer on the wine find the word (DO) ... it is only in this Doing that we ARE WALKING IN LIVING FAITH/ WALKING IN Christ.
These men are not even standing up for the constitution or our Bill of rights. Joseph did not say stand up for all laws but those laws that are constitutional.!!!
We shut down churches, we continue to voice the building of more temples of which LDS members can’t even enter truly.. they are great and spacious buildings at this point in the game..
We must gather. YES, but in seeking Gods face kind of gathering. Gods not a respecter of persons.. According to Revelations the Testimony of Christ IS the Spirit of Prophecy .. to be in the millennial world we must have this Testimony.. !!!

No. Israel has been reestablished in the Middle East. Read Romans 11. What the LDS teach is called "Replacement Theology".
No one pre existed. Only Jesus came down from heaven.
Jesus divides people and families.

For I have come to turn ‘a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law - a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’ (Mat 10:34-36)
The God of truth (Isa. 65:16) is the God of the Bible. Since truth divides, then Jesus would naturally divide his followers away from those who reject and hate God’s truth, even one’s natural family members. Remember, Jesus divides families:
Do you think I came to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division. From now on there will be five in one family divided against each other, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.” (Luke 12:51-53)
Jesus Came To Divide - NOT Bring Peace On Earth
To be worthy of Jesus and eternal life, one must side with God’s truth even though it divides his own family.
False prophet, false teachings. If this guy knew his Bible at all, he would understand Israel is not referring to the LDS church. Israel was restored as a nation May 14, 1948. God's hand is upon that people. If you really want to see what Israel is, read the Old Testament and then see what Paul says in Romans 9, 10 and 11.

Not true. Joseph Smith is a false prophet. Only faith in Christ alone can save. Read the Bible and join a congregation of the true church of Christ, not the LDS.
