mistake! i had unlocked all recipies and assume dteh recipie for the blt was auto but its nopt you need to go look in teh observatory in teh hedge to get it, also i mentioned this in stream but the spider does start doing venom attacks! halfway through, am sure wil be soem minor changes for actual update on 30th so expect better info video then too!

By the way I have the poison guard mutation but everything else is handy
@@brooke3187 That mutation is what basically keeps you alive.
It’s also important especially in solo to get the mutation so you don’t take poison damage, if you don’t know how to get it you have to kill five wolf spiders and if your playing with friends you have to kill five with the last hit

My solo win for broodmother was Ladybug armor. Mint mace for weapon. Coup De Grass, Mithridatism, Barbarian Maxed for mutations. 1-2 Green Machines, 1 Fuzz on the Rocks, 1 Liquid Rage for smoothies, I’d advise blocking and not perfect block. You should take her out in 80 seconds. This works back to back because I summoned her 3 times in a row.

I dont even think you can perfect block while using barbarian thats y u failed with it on
This boss was mega scary for me and my group, Spiders freak me tf Out. And the wolf spider was perfect for me in this case but I wasn’t prepped for the brood mother like the moment I heard that shriek when my group summoned her I just gasped as she came down and I was so freakin scared. I said “Remember the Wolf spiders about how they terrify me...? Forget I said any of that. This is 1000 times more terrifying than it looks”
Now it's extremely easy in the new update. If you get an antlion greatsword and upgrade it to level 7, its about 20 swings to kill her.

@@austinschmitt1849 Yessir. I personally believe it's better than the weapon the Broodmother gives you, because it's faster, and does slashing damage. From what I've seen, slashing damage does more damage to spiders, and such.

All you need is mint mace, at least 15 green machines (preferably beefy) and at least 3 healbasas and perfect block (and ladybug armor and perfect block)
And the mythridatism perk (immune to poison)
or just smoothies, the anti venom mutation,loads of pebblet spears and a dream
I just had a go in rolly polly armor with bulky chest and sleek arms and legs. Tried mint mallet but found termite axe with black ant shield better. I got her down to 50% very easily but because I had listened to another CZcamsr who said bring beefy smoothies, I had very limited heals and died on the orb weaver spawn. I think if I go back with the same build and a fat stack of sticky slop smoothies for regen, I should be able to do it quite easily

honestly from your own video it would be best to save the bombs for the ads phase. knock them out fast - and concentrate mint mallet on her, unless your shield, then a the axe. (be axe or mint mallet - make sure to have the appropriate mutation on for it's damage) the bow - only useful while she's coming down - get 2-3 shots in and then swap to main weapon. Also.. half of your issues with aim and such - can be fixed by playing first person. Otherwise just ignore the ads and keep moving... she will catch up to you while your stamina recharges - getting you ready to re-attack. Also with mint mallet avoid swinging 3x in a row - your stamina takes too much a hit and you can't block or dodge or attack.
On PC Keyboard you hit "W" (Take All) not the SPACE BAR. You mash the space bar to place items in the oven from nearby storage (i.e. mushroom slurry to bricks).

I just beat it solo on medium difficulty. Level 5 antlion armor set, level 5 antlion great sword and a few bombs. I over prepared and brought 60 beefy green machines, 3 liquid rage, and 30 bandaids. I say over prepared because I only used 20 of the green machines and the liquid rage.
Im 24 years old. And im just sitting in the arena lol. Im too scared to start the battle even though im more than prepared
I was normally fighter her and then she did a jump attack near the edge and I blocked and she straight up died when it was at 80% health

Should have used the koi armor. For a better perfect block. An beat with mint mallet an Hit with poison arrows An gas arrows for minions
Best thing would be max level spicy antlion greatsword and alot of green machines and it would be easy but he chooses to use the spider fang dagger and spiders are resilient to poison

I solo’d this with black ant sword with spicy augment, 10 bratburts and about 20 liquid rage
Coaltana makes it so easy
You should have used the spider armor your stam would regen a lot faster and your get x5 hits with the mint mallet in stead of x3
I don’t think the spider armour existed when he uploaded this
This is frustrating: To get the Assistant Manager, they use the Broodother mallet. That's how you get the mint mallet.
But to kill the Broodmother, I need the mint mallet.
This is a catch 22.

Do people feel like when you run the antlion greatsword for this fight, do you also use a heavy armorset?Or do you use a med or light armor for the stamina boost?
Will venom arrows work? I dont figure gas would be a good idea but something to keep taking health away over time would be ideal.
I believe like all other spiders it is immune but I could be wrong

Just complete it solo on WHOA difficulty. I've found a spot when she blind and cant attack. Shot her with arrows and finished with mallet. Easy. For legit kill u need ~4 bombs to clear this waves(i was lazy to come back for them). Boss actually easy, i was parrying it's every attack.

@@BayleyL24 It's right by the exit in the corner. When the exit locks you have to jump on the left side of the wall (facing the exit, back to the spider) use the speed mutations and aphid boots to have time before the spider lands. Otherwise he will regenerate after you shoot him.

I just soloed her. Best tips i can give, bring lots of smoothies, i had 20, 10 green machine, 5 for xtra attack and 5 for stamina i think. In the first part, just stay close to her, block her attacks and hit her when she stop. Once she start calling spiderlings to help her, i moved behind the area where you put the bait. All small spiders get stuck in front of it. So i ignored them and used crossbow when broodmother was far away and mallet to block and hit when she was close. Fight was a breeze on easy mode of course.
I wish she gave you a dagger unlock instead cuz I would want a better dagger instead of the spider one which is tier 2. Is there a tier 3 dagger or not yet?

I need help. Me and my friend recently killed the brood mother boss. When she became low, she went up into the ceiling. We shot at her and killed her with regular and venom arrows. However, you cannot build in the cave and we did not get the drops. A few minutes after killing it, it fell down and disappeared with giving me the option to harvest it. Please tell me how to fix this thank you

@@StealthyZombie I did, and the game crashed right as the final hit happened. I didn’t save it (obviously) and just got off after that happened
I beat her with acorn armor, mint mallet, beefy green machine for aid, and 3 perks one that reduces damage, one that makes my strike stronger, and one that makes me immune to their poison. And I beat her in about 5-10 minutes.

I mean you could but that would be a pain to gather and use edit: that would be 20 of your inventory gone

Getting poisoned I'm unsure of the amount but I got it from farming wolf spiders
U must kill five wolf spiders and if u play with friends u have to kill five with the last hit

There is a crafting recipe you need to find!, you can find it in the hedge lab observatory

If you climb to the roof of the main hedge base you should be able to find a branch covered in mushrooms that leads to a small observatory, if you cant find it Sir Sim Alot has a video showing the location
