I got a set of them milwakees on clearance and they have held up well to me bashing on em, only issue is the lettering getts really faded and rusty and worn over time.

Ya I like mine too but like you said it can be hard to identify them even when they are dirty

The weight is a big difference when it comes to impact sockets. Mass moves mass so the heavier the better. I have the Astro nano sockets too for tight spots but big heavy sockets will sometimes break what lighter ones cant.

Really? I never thought it would make that much of a difference but I guess heavier ones might be better for that

@@FixerMerlin mrsubaru has a demonstration of it. Williams is snap on’s industrial brand so you can get their sockets a little cheaper but the finish isn’t as nice. If you ever find a bolt that doesn’t want to come off with the Milwaukee switch to the snap on and see if makes a difference.

First , always buy American made tools and support American companies. Second, Milwaukee makes Shockwave impact sockets that are much better then what you have .
Third if your going to buy Taiwan made stuff , save money and buy Tekton or sunex and save at least 50% over the Milwaukee name

Heck ya, if my budget allowed it I’d have all snap on, but I’ve been slowly building my tool chest. What’s the difference between regular Milwaukee and shockwave? Is one made off shore?
