The killing shot came from a secret service agent in the following car, from an explosive bullet which also explains the "back and to the left" body jerk of this bullet, leaving the head. This is the most accurate theory to date and the fact that one of their own shot him, accidentally, is what they've been covering up all these years. It explains all the films and X-Rays being seized, and the body being rushed out of Dallas, and just about everything else really.
I wasn't alive in 1963 but I agree that one of the secret service agents accidentally killed JFK. The guilt that secret service agent must have felt for the rest of his life would have been hell.

It fired a flanchette which caused JFK to have temporary paralysis so he could not take cover and also signalled the riflemen to commence firing. This accidental shot from a secret service weapon seems a stretch to me. The weapon accidentally discharges and just happens to hit a bullseye right on target. I don't think so.
The Zapruder film clearly shows two rounds hitting JFK. The first was an
FMJ slug which struck JFK in the throat, hit Gov. Connelly and was
recovered intact. The second shot hit JFK in the head and exploded his
skull like a watermelon. It was unrecoverable because unlike the FMJ
round the second bullet was a military fragmentation round, engineered
to penetrate and explode. Simply put, two different rounds behaving in
dissimilar attitude due to ballistic characteristics completely opposite
of the other bullet. Because.......the two shots came from two
different rifles from two different shooters. There's the ballistic,
forensic, and concrete proof of two shooters.

Donahue is correct. Menninger's book on Donahue's research is right on the money. One would think that the secret service would be better trained. What a tragedy.
You need to look read the book. It explains how this came about. It wasn't so much training as overwork and human nature.
witnesses did see and smell gun smoke at street level, some also thought the secret service were returning fire, so it could 've happened that way, and one thing is for sure, the secret service agents might have been muzzled regarding this terrible accident and it does explain the ensuing strange antics and behavior of the government
Very good documentary...I have read the book "Mortal Error" upon which this is based and see it as.a.plausible theory.
The military shot to the head was from the secret service agent in the car behind, when he grabbed his gun he discharged a shot that hit Kennedy and exploded his brain, they have kept that hush hush, that was the bullets they had in those guns, Oswald shot FMJ round.

@@kidjustice3220 Yup. The SS agent behind Kennedy stood up in the vehicle instantly after the first shot. Simultaneously, the driver hit the gas, following the acceleration of JFK's vehicle, making the SS agent fall backward. The AR-15 had a round in the chamber, safety off. As the agent fell back, his finger was on the trigger, and as he fell, he accidentally shot a .223 round straight forward into JFK. Very, very plausible. If you look at Zapruder, the final shot exploded JFKs head, which is characteristic of the .223 round.

I know little of the event but did watch the docudrama and was compelled by the evidence presented. I've also noticed a lot of people dismiss it as being proposterous but they haven't really addressed the main items raised.
The main bits of evidence I found most poignant are:
1. 22 witnesses smelt gun powder at street level which has been indicated to be impossible given wind conditions and shooter location.
2. A number of witnesses indicated the 3rd shot sounded different and was closer to the 2nd shot than the 1st. Also the penetration size and behaviour were different.
3. The entry wound was at the back of the skull and the larger opening to the front how could this be if shot from the front?
Some people have suggested the head moving back indicates a frontal impact but given the explosive action from the bullet wouldn't the mass move away from the explosion?
Fot those that do beleive it's a ridiculous theory please tell me why? Preferrably discussing the physical evidence.
I watched another documentary and they said the skull fracture indicates a rear impact. The two things they mentioned was that size of the bullet hole was too small and too low of a trajectory coming from the sixth floor window. Sees like the Warren Commission had their man and because he was already dead they put all the blame on him. I am not saying that Oswalt didn't fire the first two shots but there is some question that he fire the fatal head shot.

This documentary is spot on, based on ballistic facts which cannot be disputed with any credible evidence.
All of the "accidents" and disappearing evidence after the fact are answered by this unavoidable conclusion. The Secret Service was protecting it's reputation.
why do you think the ss rushed to hospital to pick up the xrays of jfks head? to hide the fact that it was an accidental shooting. xrays would have proved that there were 2 different bullets from the fragmentation of the ss bullet on the xrays. finally a reasonable plausible fact.
The frustrating thing about the assassination of JFK is the fact there so much miss direction by people to keep the mystery alive. The majority of the miss direction seems to come from the people who write books about it rather than the CIA. None of the ones I've read and watched have never pointed out the bullets and that seems to be the hardest evidence to show that Oswald didn't fire the last one. The whole premise, that the write has brought up, is believable.
I did find the theory of George Hickey very interesting, However, in the video JFK's body jerks backwards from the third shot. If the shot had hit him from behind like this documentary states, wouldn't he have gone forward not backwards?

For the uninitiated....the 6.5 mm Carcano Model 91/38 carbine used by Oswald is notoriously difficult to operate. Because of the users need to yank the bolt open, eject the spent round and slam the bolt shut with the palm, firing the rifle required seconds between shots. Meaning there would have been a gap between Lee Harvey's first and second shot. However as stated, the second and third shots were almost simultaneous. Any rifle expert knows this, the last two shots could not have come from the Carcano in such a manner. Ballistic's proof that there was in fact a second shooter.
There is no evidence that the second and third shots were near simultaneous...and there is not a shred of evidence that any other rifle was fired - no wounds, bullets, shells, weapon, etc.
You say "as stated"but not sure what you mean by that? It's pretty conclusive that there were several seconds between shot #2 and shot#3...there is nearly 100 frames of the Zapruder film in between those shots..at 18 frames per second...plenty of time.

You're either the worst liar on Earth or just ignorant beyond words. First, there were hundreds of witnesses who testified to hearing three shots. Second, the Zapruder film has been altered. Third, police audio has the second and third shots timed at just over one second apart, but less than two seconds.

Second shot comes in around Zframe 223 and 3rd shot hits head at Zframe 313. - So about 90 frames in between,,18.3 frames per second..easy math.

He is missing one detail here that throws out the whole theory. JFK's head was turned 45 degrees to the left when he was shot. On his diagram it shows him looking straight ahead when he was trying to discredit the 6th story shooter. Check frame 312 of the zapruder film.

The reality is so many confessions have been made through the years, some participants such as Frank Sturgis/Fiorni even bragging, so much independent research has been done, it all pieces together rather nicely. Nixon was trying to keep the lid on it and that is largely what Watergate was about. An insider told me years ago there were incriminating photos in the Watergate safe. The burglers were all CIA. E.Howard Hunt was blackmailing Nixon. On the Watergate tapes Nixon says they have to pay Hunt whatever he wants, otherwise if he tells what he knows "it could be very unfortunate for the country." Nixon felt it would make us look like a laughing stock around the world if the truth got out, as we were supposed to be a guiding light of freedom and morality for the world around us. At the end of the day, Nixon resigned to cease further investigation and Warren Commission member Gerald Ford rewarded him with a pardon.
If the head shot came from the limo behind JFK why did everyone rush up the grassy knoll looking for a shooter? And JFK's head moved back and to the left which is in a different plane from a shooter in the trailing limo.
Because people who know nothing about ballistics would assume when a head goes backwards it must have been impacted from the front, like a punch to the head. It’s natural to think that. I thought that before I started researching this.
When the bullet entered JFK’s skull, it pushed his head in the direction it was travelling (forward and to the right) for a split second, then it explodes out the right side. The force of this would push his head back and to the left (the direction the shot came from)
Bullets entering the skull and objects just making contact without entering, have two totally different results but not everyone knows this until it’s explained.
Read the book. Gunshot reports are very confusing. This is well studied.

At no point did Kennedy's head travel in a plane consitent with a shot from the book repository. Make sense? If it doesn't then draw down the geometry, lines etc from all possible firing locations and you should see that shots from the grassy knoll or the records building

MClaren's work is but an update of a theory dismissed by any credible researcher. All the statements are online to be read. I've researched this event for close to 15 years... have read over 100 books and more this year alone. I soon as I saw what McLaren was proffering, I knew we where getting a dose of déjà vu. There was a conspiracy. Just didn't happen this way.

@@Modelo118 There's a head on shot of the motorcade taken just as Kennedy was hit by the bullet that went through his neck and hit Connally. If you look carefully it looks like the AR15 is being held horizontally in the second car.. No guarantees but it's still worth a look.

I'll also say that a video was put together about 10 years ago and was uploaded to CZcams. That video Should have been seen by everyone and also should have been played on every news outlet. I was excited about this program to be aired on REELS but after watching this trailer I am sorely disappointed. A clumsy secret service agent, really? I don't believe it at all.

The ballistics show exactly what the track of the bullet was. That's where Donahue's expertise explains the round coming from the direction of the Secret Service "Queen Mary".

I've seen this documentary and can tell you without question it is crap. The whole documentary is based on the idea that this guy is a great detective who has put away many criminals. And yet he completely ignores the evidence that would have proven Lee Harvey Oswald innocent, and makes it the whole theme of the show that Oswald did it. He doesn't even mention the 5 reliable eye witnesses that put Oswald in the 2nd floor lunch room at the time of the shooting. To top it off, he uses the Warren Commission report as the basis for his ideas, when even members of the Warren Commission have openly stated that the Warren Report is wrong. If you want the truth, read "Crossfire" by Jim Marrs, and "Last Dissenting Witness" and you'll see what it was really all about.

There's a couple of other things to mention to all interested parties: the conspiracy theorist *Milton William 'Bill' Cooper* (who died in a shoot-out with sheriffs at his home in Arizona) said in his book _'Behold A Pale Horse'_ that Kennedy's driver (named William Greer, I believe) turned around and shot JFK. It's an outrageous claim that was made with a doctored (edited) version of the Zapruder film. A more credible piece of filming is from the British film-maker *Francis Robert Connolly.* It is called _"From JFK to 9-11, Everything Is A Rich Man's Trick"_ and it exposes how the security detail attached to JFK on that day in Texas were deliberately called *AWAY* at the last minute in Dealey Plaza from protecting the Presidential Limousine. Check it out!
Oswald was out front street level at the time of the shooting. Then went into the lunch room, got a Coke, trying to sort things out. Probably was sinking into him already that he'd been set up.
Yet, no witnesses saw this nor suggested they heard a shot at street level right in front of them.
This is too simple and logical to believe. I have to believe the umbrella magic bullet theories because it's entertaining and quite frankly I love believing lies because it tickles my brainless head with wonders and questions. The worse documentary I ever saw about JFK. It's so far out, that it's hilarious at the end. So, the main idea is that Kennedy just got unlucky that day, all things just seem to hit him. He was being shot at by Oswald, one of the shots missed, hit the road and than hit Kennedy on the back, and the other Owsald shot made all thar damage in both kennedy and connoly and the bullit came out with just a nick. This film tells us it's normal to have just that nick because someone tested it in the 60s. Thing is, they test it also in this movie, but dont show how the bullit was after hitting the mellon. Nevermind, because Kennedy's luck was just beggining to kill him, after Oswald shot, the secret service man, (poor guy was just a driver, was there because his collegues had been drinking the night before) took is machine gun and inadvertely took the fatal shot to Kennedy. What are the odds? In the middle of an assassination attempt, with shots being fired at his head, kennedy is killed by accident by the secret service agent. But, hey, it's all ballistics and maths, they say in this film. Ok. Based on what? The authopsy? But the film shows how the autopsy was forged. It's based on those phony drawings made at Bethesda?
I mean, you can clearly see where this film is going in the first five minutes or so. But then, when they start to unravel the bethesda cover-up, one may think it's going to be a serious movie after all. But it's not. It's just a comedy after all. Laughed my way through out most part. So it's not a total waste of time. You get a few good laughs!
Hickey didn't shoot anybody, the AR15 in question slamfired, it malfunctioned due to the firing pin being defective. The questions behind why the AR15 malfunctioned, and why this particular rifle was in the possession of the secret service. These are questions which should never be asked, nor answered.
Yes. So it explains that Kennedy was killed accidentally. But whether it was a slam fire or an accidental tightening of Hickey's finger around the trigger we will never know.
