Look, I’ve said this before, I’m almost 50; and for all this life I’ve lived, I have never heard, or met a person who was so strong, or self confident in themselves that they truly let their inner person shine. Dominic is that person. And I really hope that all you people who feel all those feelings of loneliness, helpless, unloved, not confident, depressed, whatever it may be, take a lesson from this extraordinary young human being. Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder, and that person is you. I know I didn’t understand my place In this world on a lot of topics at this guys age, and wish I would have had that ahh haa moment in my life, at a much younger age. Doms message and meaning in his music, really should speak to the masses, I hope he only continues to grow. Keep that fire burning inside u! We need to have more programs or activities for teenagers to get involved in that way they can feel like they belong somewhere and not have this hole/loneliness inside them that leads them to hang out with kids like yungblud who will get them into drugs.

It is not easy to write a letter for the person who saved my life and helps me to get though every single day, even if they are one of the worst.
You helped me getting through the worst time in my life. Suicide and selfharming seemed like an option, the dark place in my head held me as a hostage and the only way i could escape was your music, your interviews and your beautiful community, an army, a cult, the black hearts club.
While my emotion controlled me and my anxiety just seemed to get worse, i found you.
The first song i ever heard was kill somebody and to this day, i love that song so much. i will never forget how this song just changed my whole life. without this song i wouldn't have found you and i wouldn't be the person i am now. maybe i wouldn't be here.
I don't know how to thank you. There is no way i could give you back what you gave me. I have a new family now, which accepts me the way i am (you can be so proud of what you created, it is powerful. it is a movement. you went from a normal boy from doncaster to a savior of many people and i'm not even joking right now.)
i have self confidence and i am able to talk. it was so hard for me to talk about how i feel or what i think. But you gave me the feeling that no one could hurt me anymore, that no one can judge me, no one could ever pull me down and steal my voice.
When i was at your concerts i felt so loved. accepted. i didn't feel alone like i felt the rest of the year.
a girl next to me hugged me while i was crying and it just showed me how strong the black hearts club is. How strong the love between all of us actually is. I will never forget your concerts.

i felt that when a person talked about he never being honest to his friends for years. ive been going thru the same shit for most of my life. ive been living for 18 years in the same place but i lose my friends one by one every year bc they actually found out who i am, abt my mental issues and my orientation. i dont have childhood friends or long time bestfriend. everyone just seems fake to me. my parents and teacher dont listen to me just bc i want to express who i am. and i was in phase when i just didnt wanna exist. And im so grateful to find yungblud and this community. even tho im from conservative country but im very open minded and i have no problem with boys wearing girls clothing and make up..yeah i dont wanna people hating others who want to express their feeling thats all i have to say really ...anyway if u read this hope you have an amazing day xxx

Trust me when u find ur own family they will bring u from that darkness of depression I've had about the same I am 19 now but when I was younger I never fit in with anyone even at school I was always in the wrong place at the wrong time everyone called me a thief or a insect or they told me I dont belong on this planet on top of that my mom and dad left me and my brother to fend for our self's on the streets when we were 7 we didnt have a home we didnt have a family noone every day was just sleeping on the streets in the cold or hot heat never once did anyone help we would beg and beg and beg for help but there was noone there's been many time I've tried to kill my self to be honest because I lost all hope or care or really anything in this world I still feel like it to this day but now I have a family of my own all it took was that one special person she took me away from all these stuck up pieces of shits and all the rude disrespectful people and showed me that even if there's years of pain and suffering there's still one person right for u or many but honestly to this day I still hate people I couldn't care less if anyone in my family died because they didnt care about me but now I have a house two dogs and a child and I found someone who could match my pain and we just built a new life away from all the bad things and people in life if u really want to stop the pain get away from it all at least that's what I learned u dont need people putting u down or telling u to go away or disrespecting u so follow ur own path if u feel like u cant just keep telling ur self push threw it because I've gotten threw some really fucked up shit I mean fucked up but thank you for letting me share my story my thots I want to hear more about yours and I hope this helps in the tiniest way thank you

When that guy said I have a bunch of close friends who I known for like 15 years , but I don’t tell them anything or how I’m truly feeling. That hit me! Literally me I have few “friends” but if I’m having a meltdown like idk if any of them truly would just listen to me without judging or being like “omg don’t say that you’re such great person.” When you want some real advice. Like I listen but they won’t listen back.
Same.. I have several mental health issues but I don't like talking about it with people because they won't react the way I want and need them to. And they definitely won't get it. I go days or weeks of being consecutively depressed without telling anyone but my mum.

And Amy we are the same age and his sons 11 minutes was the first I heard after losing my best friend of 26 years he took his own life on 22/09/19 and since then his music touched me and now my daughter who is 20 who can relate to so much more of the lyrics than even I do. he's a genuine artist and I feel sorry for him because people told him the whole painted nails political stuff was never gonna work out. When I started watching I literally started crying, people always tells me that some things that I like are wrong that I shouldn’t be like I am, that I’m young and I don’t understand how the world works.
I believed them, I thought I was wrong, I felt lonely, I even thought about suicide, I never talked to someone not even my friends because even though I have amazing friends I felt lonely.
I remember scrolling through CZcams and there it was, a song of Yungblud, I was curious about this song it looks interesting, I remember I listened to the song and fell so in love with it that started listening to more and more song until I became who am I today.
I still feel lonely, I still have depression and anxiety but now it’s better, now I opened to my friends about everything, my sexuality and now I have someone that I can admire.
