She can also min-turn 100% max power Kama at NP5, if you bring along the correct party. I've seen two different videos of it happening. It does require some RNG (mostly getting a lot of Buster cards) but it's definitely doable. Kukulkan is ludicrously overpowered and I'm definitely making her a level 120 target when she comes to NA.

Can somebody explain to me the Kukulcan hype? She has 50% atk, 30% Buster, 50% crit, 30% NP dmg. Summer BB, who most consider mediocre, has 30% atk, 20% Buster, 50% crit, 50% NP dmg. Both have multi turn star bombs and 50% batteries. Kukulcan does more damage (as expected of being released in 2023 vs 2018 lol) but it's not really a massive difference at all??
Better stats, foreigner is better class + her passive are just broken idiocracy. + NP is way to strong. She is by far THE BEST servant in the entire game. to something beat her they will need to release a servant which skill automatically wins the fight againts boss.

Those calculations you see people do are mostly double vitch oberon where she gets to double up on the np buff on her S3 to get doubled by oberon further. I think she is phenomenal, even competitive against dps monsters like arjuna alter, but im just not sure she is absolutely the best.
What's funny is that while Kuku _is_ stupidly strong, she's still not strictly speaking OP by the current standards of FGO. Arc and Cu Caster can No CE Loop in their highest end set-ups, Summer Ibuki is still an Arts Monster, Spishtar is forever meta evergreen and what started the trend of Arts Ominfarmers, Melusine is the gold standard of Swap Koyan/Oberon Comps, and Tez himself is setting new standards as both an Arts Omnifarmer (Sans Casters/Rulers) and mulit-core enabler. Compared to that, Kuku is still a shinning star of power, but not _that_ groundbreaking.
I mean she is not a farmer at her core, she just happens to be able to farm. I would certainly put her situation more towards arjuna alter instead of these farmers you brought up
I would definitely say she is basically the most optimized a buster dps foreigner they could have made. She is definitely incredibly strong but is she broken per se? Nah...There are servants that are way more broken than her on most of her aspects, though she is a pretty neat all rounder in terms of dps. While she isn't as good as like Arc or Morgan at buster farming, she is capable of doing it to a lesser extent. And while she isn't as consistently strong as a powerhouse like Super Orion is. She definitely is more than capable of dealing with boss situations due to her incredibly strong dps performance. All around, pretty great servant.
At best setup, same conditions, same CE, on any NP lvl, AA outdamage her 7-8k on average and 15k damage at max on the scale of 300k+ damage. If niche plays in, she outright crushes AA. Edit: I have to mention that in this scenario, Kukulkan hits on neutral condition which doesn’t include SE mod. If any SE involves, she outperform AA no sweat.
