I noticed Minaar braked his rear wheel after hitting the root at 7:38 while being airborne, what would be the reason for that?

I think you can influence how your bike moves in the air by locking a wheel so the rotating energy transfers to you and your bike and moves you around
So Greg probably did this to get both wheels on the ground at the same time and not land rear wheel first
(not sure about all this tho)

Really showed how deep into the travel the coil shocks were compared to the more progressive rear air shocks. To me the air shocks looked more composed.
