Hello how do u bypass the governor at the air dryer
This doesnt solve my problem. Replaced the apparently good air dryer with a new one, no leaks I can hear or see bubbles, pressure appears to be holding at the guages, no wind to rock the truck and deplete any air. The problem is persistent, seems like the compressor is constantly running, air dryer pops off every less than a minute. Thanks are dry, no water/oil at the petcocks. What's next to check?

Changed out my water pump. Have a heavy coolant odors inside cab. Any suggestions? Thnx
I had strong coolant smell in the cab all the time. Turned out to be leaking heater core.
I replaced a couple coolant related parts on my truck too, that stuff soaks into the smallest of places and you will start smelling it at random times, when it’s wet and warm out etc, keep an eye on your coolant tank and see if you’re losing any

You can definitely do it yourself!
@@nct2019 turns out my problem wasn't the air dryer, but a leak in the sleeper airbag and rear axle airbag. This after our "qualified" mechanics educated themselves with the rest of the system and still didn't find the rear airbag problem. I'm now considering finding a school to educate myself so I can DIY.

I bypass these all the time on volvos.
we bypassed a 2007 volvo / worked fine for 70 miles then the pressure gage dropped all the way down - any suggestions?

My truck the primary goes to 120psi but my secondary is at 0
