- austin texas, i pissed someone off, with a bumper sticker. you know, that "freedom of expression"... that we used to have.. lol as a result, an anonymous complaint, landed me facing a $400 fine... and removal of said offensive ski boat. sooo.. anyway... i am building a 6 foot privacy fence, to hide my ugly boat. the SAD part of this... the city of austin does not actively seek out violators... NO.. that would be offensive and disrespectful to all the illegal aliens here. HAHA... instead, they rely on NEIGHBORS... to turn in their other neighbors... if they do something that bothers them. MANY of my neighbors are democrats.... they are STILL MY FRIENDS.... i am a LIBERTARIAN!!!!!!!! they still like me, cos they know i am cool... somebody fucked with me.. and now rufflesworld is ON ALERT. F*** 'EM......

Sorry Alfred, hey I wondered where my neighbour moved to. I guess he has moved to your neck of the woods to cause your problems. Seriously I don't know how your boat parked where it is could be a problem. Some folks have far too much time on their hands and deem themselves the neighbourhood police. How sad they must be.
